# **$2,600 Paid for Boot Development, Over $1,200 in Samples, and No Reliable Way to Reach the Company**
My experience with Simon and Comexion Internacional has been extremely disappointing.
I paid **$2,600** for a development project under quotation Q000129, dated June 3, 2026. The agreement covered material selection, boot last development, patterns, and up to three working prototypes. The goal was to establish a reliable foundation for manufacturing my skate boots.
I supplied physical samples, reference photographs, and detailed instructions explaining exactly what was required. Despite these efforts, critical design details were not followed correctly, including stitching patterns and internal boot construction.
**On top of the $2,600 I paid, Comexion Internacional has more than $1,200 worth of physical samples that I sent them for this project.** These samples were important to the development process and represented a substantial additional investment on my part.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is the apparent lack of any reliable way to contact the company. Emails come back undelivered, phone calls and text messages go unanswered, and the contact form on their website does not work. When a company has accepted payment and is holding valuable customer property, the inability to obtain a response or discuss the situation is unacceptable.
This was not a casual project for me. It represented a significant personal investment in building my business. I paid for specialized development services and expected professional work, communication, and accountability.
Instead, I have been left disappointed with the development work, concerned about the physical samples in the company's possession, and frustrated by my inability to establish communication.
Based on my experience, **I cannot recommend Simon or Comexion Internacional for boot development services.** Anyone considering doing business with them should carefully document the agreement, establish clear milestones, retain records of every communication, and consider the risks before sending money or valuable physical samples.
