The boat was beautifully decorated. We were received with a warm smile and taken to our table. The wine and champagne was abundant and flowing. The food was very tasty. We enjoyed the river tour after the dinner was over. If you are ever in Paris for the 31th, you must experience the Bistro Parisien.

We had a great time! The change of location was very hard to accommodate during the transportation strike. It was difficult to get there during the day and even worse trying to get home. It was also disappointing for those of us that made it on time to have to sit without any extra food or drinks while others were bused to the location, especially when we were suppose to be cruising on the water longer.

Overall though, we had a wonderful and magical experience for New Year's Eve in Paris and would recommend to anyone we know visiting.

A boat cruise on New Year's eve that didn't even leave the harbor... To say our clients were disappointed is an understatement. I'm not sure how it can be advertised as a boat tour if the boat doesn't even leave the harbor. I'm guessing the captain called in sick on New Years eve, and they couldn't find another on short notice. But they made up some lame excuse about "the tide's being to high" or the boat being too tall, or wide", when other boats of similar sizes all left the harbor. What a nightmare. It was truly a RIP OFF, and I'm surprised our money was not given back to us.

Our boat never left the shore. It was never mentioned on the website that if the water level on the river is high that the boat might not be able to sail. However, other boats was able to sail. We did not get the cruise tour around the eiffel tower because we know we are going to this dinner cruise. No compensation was offered by the company. We could have just reserved a spot at a restaurant by the eiffel tower for a cheaper price. Also, the hostess never mentioned or offered to us the ability to get our photos taken inside the cruise.

Everything was very good, from reception to dinner, except the proximity of the tables, left us a bit without privacy. But it was effectively a unique experience. Thanks very much

I enjoyed the and food, but through no fault of the venue. it was all in french, which was to be expected. We couldnt understand the jokes ans commentry. Had a good time though. Thanks for Australia 🇭🇲

The boat never left the dock! No one announced this fact. It was rumored that the boat was too tall to go under bridges, but there were clearly much taller boats going down the river. The captain left very early so no one could explain. The food was second rate at best. The staff was not friendly. The upper deck was very slippery and no staff warned of this. So a very overpriced, unfriendly, no apology, no explanation, no effort at consolation, like a free glass champagne, poor food experience.
