I purchased a vehicle from Columbia Chrysler (GO AUTO) in Richmond, BC on May 28, 2023, along with various warranties and services such as an extended vehicle warranty, FC Tire Rim Warranty, FC Key Warranty, and Diamond Ceramic Coating. Unfortunately, the vehicle was totaled on September 15, 2023.

Despite the vehicle no longer existing, the dealership has refused to cancel the FC Key Warranty, FC Tire Rim Warranty, Bumper to Bumper Warranty, and Extended Vehicle Warranty. These warranties are tied to the VIN of the now non-existent truck. Additionally, the dealership has refused to provide a breakdown of the cost for the Diamond Ceramic Coating, preventing me from obtaining reimbursement from ICBC.

I have made numerous attempts to resolve these issues with Columbia Chrysler, but they have been entirely uncooperative. They have ignored my requests for a cost breakdown and have refused to cancel the warranties or issue refunds for the unperformed services. Even my lawyer has tried to contact them, but there has been no response or action taken.

This situation has caused me significant financial stress and inconvenience. I would strongly advise against doing business with Columbia Chrysler (GO AUTO). Their lack of cooperation and refusal to address these issues is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and find a dealership that values customer service and integrity.

I had the pleasure of working with Micheal Chow, JP and Gilbert. Micheal was very helpful and focused on getting us into the right vehicle. JP worked his magic getting us a very difficult approval and Gilbert processed the insurance with a smile even while we kept everyone past the closing time! Thanks for the team effort guys! I could go on regarding the amazing service we received but in short I would highly recommend Columbia Chrysler to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle.
