Incorrect Color, Correct Customer Service

I ordered a color from this company for my motorcycle and unfortunately the paint they sent wasn’t the correct paint color so I contacted their customer service. They were VERY responsive, listened to my problems and helped me to resolve my issue. They sent me a completely new paint! But unfortunately that was one also the same as the last one. Ultimately the company gave me a refund and allowed me to keep the old paint. While I can’t use the paint at all and I’m disappointed I couldn’t get what I asked for, I’m ultimately very happy about my customer service and would purchase from this company again. Thanks ColorRite!

Piker Central

I ordered some paint from this outfit and paid about $8 shipping. After two weeks I called, and they blamed it on Fedex. Then I told them they were still responsible because they are the ones who chose to jump into bed with Fedex. Then I asked them how long it would take to get my money back and he emailed me and said, "We credited your money this morning. How long it takes to get back into your account is not my issue, We're not in bed with your bank."

I can't believe Amazom does business with such a group of pikers.

Very Bad Company

This company is the worst ever. They not only sent me a bad product but would not supply any way to return it for a refund. They do not stand behind their products & you will loose your money if it doesn't work out. Don't take that chance & pass on them.
