I am currently trying to withdraw funds…
I am currently trying to withdraw funds from a pot I set up for a colleague who was leaving. Every time I have tried to withdraw the funds it comes up with “Request failed with status code 500”
I’ve now been on chat for well over an hour across yesterday afternoon and this morning. They’ve raised a ticket! What does that mean?
Very stressful experience especially when dealing with other people’s money. Some pots have hundreds of pounds in them - I’m still worried I will have to fund the gap and this leaver will have personally cost me £50!
I would not recommend.

My experience was most unsatisfactory and and I am surprised at the positive feedback from other users.
Verification process took five attempts - you are just left in limbo when this happens.
People are asked to pay a fee when donating which was very embarrassing for me as pot organiser as I didn't know this was going to happen. interface is set up so that it's quite difficult to pay a reasonable fee - e.g. they try to cajole you into paying £3.60 on a £20 donation.
Some people had problems making a donation - their payment didn't go through but it wasn't clear that it hadn't.

Tipping is completely optional, no forced charges, just a simple way to support a tool that saves hours of chasing, reminding and spreadsheet juggling. If a tip’s added during contribution, it covers the 1.9% + 20p card fee, and anything extra helps keep Collection Pot running smoothly. If not, that small fee just comes out of the contribution.
