Great experience and customer service

Extremely fast customer service and communication. I contacted the company only with hope of a response, as I was given the item I was enquiring about, as a birthday gift a couple years ago. From the Newcastle shop. I read the box and noticed a brand which helped me discover the website and company’s many products. They replied within hours, and over a few course of days, gave me suggestions and help, no doubt in my questions and hope for help. Kindly offered to send out replacement lamp, after I purchased the replacement bulbs to try, discovering they didn’t fix my problem. Loved this gift very much. I’m grateful the communicators were very understanding and helpful. Very kind customer service and generous support. I trusted them to reply , and the service took place over a few days. emails can sometimes get lost in the inbox, especially over a few days, but definitely not here! Thank you again

Problem not fixed

I’ve visited J32 again since my last review and unfortunately it seems the temperature issues haven’t been resolved. This time the shop was cold, which made it uncomfortable to spend much time inside. It also appeared uncomfortable for staff, with some wearing scarves to keep warm.

I understand these things can take time, but the temperature problems do seem ongoing and they do affect the overall experience. Hopefully this can be properly addressed soon, as everything else about the store is great.

Order placed 28/11, not here yet. Company don't reply to Facebook or Instagram messages and live chat on website doesn't work.
Going to instruct my bank to do a charge back 😡.
Avoid this website at all costs

Great company

Cello were really helpful and understanding they went over and above to help me resolve the problem I had and found me a new base really impressed great company, will definitely buy from them again customer service is outstanding

Damaged item

Ordered a cork map for our living room it was fairly big.
It came in very unsuitable packaging for a map and of course the frame that it was in was completely snapped in half.
Phoned Collectables and they apologised and had me another one sent which was packaged a bit better and no damage.
On the whole a very good experience but I’d say the packaging needs looking at for quite a fragile item.

Parcel didn't turn up

Parcel didn't turn up. They say it's been delivered to the address provided and it clearly hasn't. The photo's they provided are from a back lane of a house about 10 doors away! They refuse to accept any responsibility and I am now about £50 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Avoid these clowns at all costs.

Packaging needs vast improvement

The actual products I ordered are what I expected and arrived reasonably quickly. This is my first order but….
Sadly the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. Flimsy box, tape undone, and absolutely no padding in the box which the meant 3 individual boxes are all squashed and torn. Luckily none appear to be broken, but as they are very breakable and intended for gifts, I won’t know until the recipients open them. I expect more care to be taken with packing breakable items, as couriers do not care what state the parcels arrive in, handle them carefully, or whether they’re coming undone.

Fantastic customer service

I bought a clam lamp whilst visiting the store in York when I got home the lamp was faulty. I rang the store and was asked if I could return it for a replacement but I couldn't as I live in Bradford. The lady who I spoke to ( Maureen) was fantastic she apologised and sent me a new one through the post her customer service skills are amazing she rang me on the day she posted it out and even left a lovely note in my parcel which I received the next day. The shop is cello in York.

Don't order from these guys!

Don't order from these guys, they mark up the price on their website then when goods arrive with the delivery note the prices are much cheaper. Shame they aren't organised enough to edit their paperwork alongside their website when they are marking up goods!

Website is classed as having Trojans and is unsafe and the phone number given is wrong.

I have purchased from their store in Leeds, White Rose Shopping Centre, excellent service but the problem I am having is when I try and shop online.

Each time I type in their website details in the search bar, a sign comes up stating that there are trojans on the site and it is unsafe to shop online. I cannot contact the store online so have no idea how to sort this out. I am going into their Leeds store on Thursday so will mention it to them as they must be losing a lot of money when you dare not access their website.

I must also point out that the phone number they give for their White Rose Centre is incorrect, when I enter it on the phone, details below.

Excellent quality, first rate customer service

Excellent shop - products are amazing and good quality but rest assured, if one fails you, the shop deal with it exceptionally well. Bought a diffuser from them recently which stopped working but they're replacing it - no hassle, no headache, just good old-fashioned customer service! Highly recommend this business!
