I placed an order on the website the 3rd of February for 2 pairs of Balenciaga shoes both size 44 and 45 and paid and on the 9th I contact them per phone between 10 a.m. and 12 a.m as stated on the website. No one replies and it tells me to call back during opening hours. I send an e-mail and get a reply that my order has been cancelled and no one ever called or wrote anything about that:
