THEY DON’T ALLOW RETURNS OF PRODUCTS EVEN IF THE PRODUCT WAS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND UNOPENED

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THEY DON’T ALLOW RETURNS OF PRODUCTS EVEN IF THE PRODUCT WAS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND UNOPENED. Also they did not deliver half of the products of my order, the order took almost 2 months to be delivered, and they told me they would remove my old mattresses (I bought this additional service) but when the delivery company arrived they refused to take them. I would never buy there again… quality of the products is not better than Ikea but service is terrible.
