I got the glass bottle, and I had it for less than 2 weeks before it shattered. The glass is stupidly fragile for the amount of money I paid for it. Will not repurchase from the company.

You should know that apparel items ship as slowly as humanly possible. If you reach out to customer service about this, they will tell you that "there are supply chain issues across the board because blah blah blah Covid." That's a fun excuse but, having ordered MORE than my fair share of items to be shipped to me from dozens of different retailers over the past many years, I can tell you that I have experienced very few truly lengthy shipping delays, so my evidence suggests that this is simply not true. One shipping service is far worse than all the others, and that is the one that will be used to ship these apparel items. Good luck, you'll need it.

I had the same bad experience: the quality finish of the mug I ordered is disappointing. I contacted the customer service to let them know that this is not acceptable and they reply this:
"I am sorry for any confusion.
The glaze on these mugs is a handmade style glaze, which means there will be variations within the glaze.
Some areas may be smoother than others, they are not all going to be identical and have perfectly symmetrical lines"
I do some pottery myself and I know when a glaze has been correctly applied or not. This is just a bad excuse to not take responsibility for the 25€ mugs they sell.
They have fun designs but that's about it !

Ordered a notebook and a planner. Order arrived quickly and well packed. Both are gorgeous and I get compliments on them all the time!

Great company. Order arrived quickly, packaging protected the items well and was fully recyclable. Needed to contact customer service about my order and they were super helpful and gracious. Products were beautiful and unique.

I got a really pretty bottle for my birthday.. unfortunately in a year the images came off from the bottle, the lit broke off and the inside of the lit came off (after a few weeks). The response on my email were “you might be able to find a lit that fits from another brand on the internet”

After sending images of the terrible state my bottle is in as prove, the reaction was that I probably did not hand wash the bottle. Weird since the photo showed a sticker with qr code sticker still on the bottom (how is that supposed to be intact???) I am a student. Living in student housing… I do not even have a dishwasher….I literally did not use the bottle for anything other than a bottle is supposed to be used for. Do not buy anything. Quality and service are very bad. Very disappointed…

One good point: your drink does remain warm for quite a long time… but be prepared for an ugly bottle.

Got a mug and tea infuser. Packaging was weird and seemed overpacked, no tea infuser. Contacted support for this 40$ tea infuser, they told me to contact police and usps. I contacted them, they said they couldnt do anything for such a low amount. Support then just ghosted me, not responding to email all. I just wanted a reship so I could get my friend a gift. Terrible service.

Purchased a tea infuser with graphics. They didn't survive a hand wash. Hot tea will take the graphic stickers off. Very low quality. A Christmas gift didn't last a single use.

Justin has been amazing at helping me with my order. My package got lost and he and I filed a claim with my post office. After discovering that they had indeed lost my package, he sent me a new order. Will definitely be purchasing more from his site!!

Received this as a gift and within 24 hours the double wall has cracked off inside the water bottle, making it completely unusable. I understand the special care and precautions that need to be taken with a glass water bottle but this inner wall is disproportionately thin and very fragile. I am not sure if it broke from being too hot or maybe too cold when I drank ice water, but the bottle was not dropped. Extremely disappointed in the quality after being very excited to use it. Again I would like to add I did not even have this water bottle for 24 hours before now must turn it into a beautiful broken vase. I would not repurchase this myself or for another even as a gift. Hope to hear back from someone in regards.

Products I ordered came quickly, were packed in entirely recyclable supplies and were beautiful.

After my initial complaint, I heard from customer service and my order was completed. I am satisfied with the service I received and feel confident that the problem with links will be solved.

I purchased some stationery and notebooks for my wife and myself, prices are fitting to the uniqueness of the products (I truly can't find anything even close to their products elsewhere) and shipping was quick. The website is particularly well made, and the shopfront works very well.
