Unreasonable and unwilling to work with customers
I contacted coeo Securitisation Ltd. to request a minor adjustment to my payment plan due to temporary financial circumstances. My intention was not to avoid payment but to ensure I could meet the obligation in full without defaulting.
The response I received was a blanket refusal without any consideration of the details I provided. There was no discussion of alternatives, no short-term flexibility, and no indication that my situation was assessed on an individual basis.
The communication felt entirely automated, with standard replies rather than an evaluation of the case itself. For a company handling payment agreements, I expected a level of dialogue and willingness to find a workable solution. Instead, the process came across as rigid and impersonal.
If you require any form of negotiation or temporary adjustment, be aware that this company does not appear to allow for case-by-case handling or human review.
