Helpful customer support

The only payment method available is…

The only payment method available is PayPal, and even if you try to check out as a "guest," they compel you to set up an account. I've had my share of problems with PayPal in the past and have no intention of dealing with them again, so I've decided to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere.

Purchased the WiFi Commander and it is…

Purchased the WiFi Commander and it is defective. The battery won't charge at all and the scroll button is stuck where it just rolls through the menu items. I reached out and was given a link to a support page that doesn't even have the item listed. I sent other message that it is defective and I would like to return it. Then nothing back from them for over a week now. I will be disputing this purchase with PayPal.

Very bad customer assistance, issues with cross-border purchases, debatable product quality

I purchased a product which resulted faulty. After several emails with a very lazy, disappointing and not professional customer support, I finally obtained to have a replacement but they only refunded up to 10£ for the return shipment that costed much more from my EU country (despite the local law enforcing them to refund the full amount). The replacement was faulty, too, which raises some questions about the quality of their product. Do not buy from them, especially if you are not located in the UK.

Constantly closes support tickets.

Purchased a Powersaves Pro many years ago, and purchased a new license key just over 12 months ago. Now attempting to use the device just tells me my account is suspended. Customer service have continually closed any support tickets I open, and nothing has changed. I refuse to buy more license codes with new accounts just to be locked out AGAIN. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy

Do NOT buy from this company. Their customer service is simply terrible.

I ordered an SD Media launcher to be able to use it on my Gamecube. The mini DVD arrived scratched! At first, I thought it wouldn't matter, so I started to use it. After a few tries, I realized that DVD had a problem and was not working properly (working 1 out of 7-8 times).

I sent them an email explaining the problem as well as photos of the scratches. They replied that I had to send back the DVD with a letter explaining the issue. Seriously?! Do they want me to send back a small DVD that costs them nothing? They are the ones who sent it in bad condition at first! I really wonder how they actually store their discs to be in such bad condition...

This, to me, is really bad customer service. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company.

Don't Trust - Don't Buy

I bought the Go-tcha Evolve Trainer Club Edition back in May 2022 and less than 15 months later when I plug it in to charge it dies... Contracted customer services and they offer no help or support and tell me it's out of warranty! Thanks code junkies - I'll never buy anything from you again.

Scam Site

I bought an action replay way back in 07 and never got it even after sending so many emails. They completely ignored me and to this day I still remember how they scammed me. Never buy from them!

I have bought a gotcha from them and I did not receive it and when I placed a ticket they said that as far as they are concerned they sent it so I can't get my money back or a gotcha. That is unacceptable!!!

Customer service is completely inadequate

The gotcha evolve I received was broken, it didn't charge. They sent me a replacement, but 2 months later I'm still waiting. No help at all from customer service. They keep closing my complaint ticket without resolving the issue.
Also, they promised to refund me the shipping cost. Did not get any refund until now.
Not happy at all with this experience!

Overall Good Service.

I was slightly worried ordering off of here after seeing the reviews. However my experience was brilliant. The site looked quite professional and they are the official supplier for the product (I bought the Gotcha Evolve). I ordered the item on the Tuesday and it was with me on the Friday morning. I was ordering from the UK and they are UK based. It was shipped as stated using Royal mail 48h service. I can see what some people say about the order status update delay. Mine did still state payment pending and item not dispatched on the Thursday however I had already received a notification from Royal Mail stating they had recieved the parcel so it didn't concern me and by Thursday afternoon it was Updated. Overall service was as stated and excellent. Product very well packaged and premium look and feel. Could however benefit from instructions. I have had to goggle and find a PDF. Also the app is not good at all. It is not clear which feature is turned on or off and I still haven't worked this out. Old style app doesn't work. The product does however work really well. Better than official go plus. Overall a good experience and I would probably still buy the product from here again.b

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. I placed 4 orders because they kept telling me PayPal declined the sale. After 4th order I contact PayPal and they said the company hadn't requested any money. Customer service were useless and so unhelpful. Their replys were short and uninformative. Save your money and go elsewhere......

Very poor after sales service

Very poor after sales service, have sent them 2 emails and had automated reply from both but no further correspondence. First email was 21 days ago. Ordered 2 products and wish to return one that does not work. Shocking !!! don’t use

Worst online shopping ever!

Worst online shopping ever!
My parcel was stuck at the customs and the shop wasn't replying to my messages in order to provide the necessary documents.
Finally, broke after the VERY FIRST use. I tried to contact them in order to find a solution, but again, customer service inexistent.
My advice: stay away from this shop!

Stor skuffelse. Jeg købte uret for ca et halvt år siden. Og jeg må sige, jeg er meget skuffet. Uret er ekstrem følsom, og jeg kan ikke gå med det på håndleddet, da den så ændre på sine indstillinger. Derudover skal uret lades hver dag. De andre ure jeg har haft, har kunnet holde sig i flere dage og jeg har kunne gå med uret, uden der blev stillet på det.

Big disappointment. I bought the watch about half a year ago. And I must say, I am very disappointed. The watch is extremely sensitive and I can not go with it on the wrist as it then change its settings. In addition, the watch must be charged every day. The other watches I have had have been able to last for several days and I have been able to walk with the watch without changes.
