I receivd my dress a week ago and I couldn't be more happy with my custom made dress from cocomelody. I have to take it in around the waist but that was expected as I lost about 2 inches. Other than that it's perfect. I'm really happy with my purchase. The only thing that I would say that I didnt like was that I couldn't make changes once I put the order in. But that could have been my fault because when I asked them to change to corset back, they said they were too far along to change it. Other than that I'm happy happy happy. Cant wait to see it with my hair and everything put together. I would definitely recommend cocomelody to anyone on a budget and worried that buying online is risky for such a personal and intimate purchase. 😊 bring a store to Palm Beach!
Update** I took my dress to my seamstress and she was looking for the tag lol. I just smile and said yea, online lol she was surprised at how well the dress is made. I'm in love and I cant wait till he sees Me on June 8th in this dress!

Not happy with the quality at all, these gowns are very low quality and cheap, not what the photos portrait. Ended up having to buy another gown, I wish I listened to the people that told me I should stay away. Not worth it

Terrible dress! Terrible service! Nothing but excuses.
NOPE. Never again, I'll make sure none of my friends ever consider them either.
Crooked back seam, by 2 inches, very noticable because of the beading.
Bulge in the backside of the fitted dress.
Arm seams tight around the outside, loose in the back between the shoulder blades, looked floppy and sloppy.
Side seam on hip bulged out on the right side, woudn't lay flat without being altered. The fabric had so many layers around the midsection and hips was so thick, it feels like a diaper is wrapped around my hips and waist.
RIP on the inside of the dress.
Cost me $500 to alter, and even though I didn't ASK for anything from Cocomelody in return, all I got when I notified them was excuses about "slight alterations" being needed even with the custom sizing. As if all THAT constitutes slight alterations.
Oh yeah, this is AFTER paying for custom sizing.
To top it all off, they REMOVED my review from their website.
They were so nice when taking my order and getting all my info via email, but as soon as things went sideways they became less and less helpful, and started giving me "canned" responses
Also, the dress shipped nearly 2 weeks late.
Terrible service after they've taken your money.

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the customization service.As to the custom made dresses, our tailors make dresses according to measurements without seeing you in person, and measurements are just numbers of one particular point on the body. It is hard to make the dress fits like a glove. It is known that there are at least 2-3 alterations for the store dresses. We know that your reviews are out of kindness and wish we can do better for the custom-sizing service, We will surely give your feedback to our production team and we will try our best to improve our service.
