I'm sorry to hear that you received the incorrect item.
We offered to have this rectified within 24 hours of being notified but a request of a 10% refund was made by yourself for the inconvenience of having to accept a delivery to your address.
I can see that the incorrectly delivered item was received by us on Friday 02/07/2021.
This was then handed to our returns team to be inspected but due to a back log of returned items, the inspection was delayed by 1 working day.
I can now see that a full refund has been issued this morning (05/07/2021) to the original payment method used to place the order.

Great service, these guys went beyond, they realized i had made an incorrect combination on the order (door locks), received a call from the seller to enquire if the order was indeed what was wanted, discovered my error thanks to their intervention.

Online stock not up to date..
Ordered items online, made the payment etc & was looking forward to receiving my items.. Unfortunately a little time later received an email stating that the items was not in stock..
With technology as it is, surely a real time stock update should be kept if trading online... time consuming & pretty much false information.. i don't like giving negative feedback, the economy is tough enough though this doesn't help their cause.

The items I ordered were in stock when I placed my order, supposedly. A week later I received an email informing me the items were no longer in stock and no more stock would be forthcoming. What a disappointment.

Don’t expect when they promise delivery dates!
Promised and paid for delivery and with no update at all, it arrived on another day! Tried to contact them and was just told it’s out for delivery now… very bad customer service and my customers not happy because of this company!

Your order was placed on Sunday April 4th and our team began processing this on Tuesday 6th April due to the bank holiday.
It appears that delivery has taken place today, 3 working days from processing.
I can see that delivery was delayed by 1 working day due to an issue that was outside of our control.
Email and text message updates were provided by ourselves and our courier (DHL)
