The app needs some work, glitches out so cant see open, sl or tp. Would like to see the app stay open for longer, logging in everytime after a few minutes off the app is time consuming. Other than that it ticks the boxes.

They wrote that they would follow up with me after i wrote 2 reviews. No one ever did follow up after months.
It remains to be the same: "take profit and sell loss had been very disadvantageous for me for pretty much all the trades I've placed.
For example, my SL always slips and ended up taking more loss than I should and my take profit always ended up taking less profit than I should despite going in my favor.

CMC manager of USA branch is very much irresponsible careless and not helpful as he is avoiding my withdrawal of funds from CMC exchange even after paying all verification funds and restoration fees
He never responded to any and all my messages and questions for over a month ! He even neglected all inquiries from IC3 inspector office who has been trying to connect with him.
He pretended to show himself very busy but avoiding under pretense !

Very good Phone Support
Telephone support is important to me. I appreciate that CMC Markets pick up the phone, and that they are a longstanding UK business based in London. Sometimes when price moves fast, their feeds jitter, especially on TradingView but they do regular planned maintenance which seems to improve things over time.

CMC Markets is a Fraudulent manipulator
The CMC Markets App is fine but this company cannot be and should not be trusted. They have been systematically scamming my account by gross violations and even with documentary proofs, evidence and screenshots you cannot win against this unscrupulous and crooked company. They have been openly manipulating prices and BUY orders become SELL orders and even screenshots don’t matter to these crooks.
Their call Centers are being managed by Chinese novices sitting in Toronto and London offices without knowing a thing. I have been robbed by this CMC markets a few times already.
It’s time to inform the Canadian and US regulatory bodies about a scammer called CMC Markets.
Even prices of commodities don’t match to the prices of the same product in other trading platforms. And if you report on anything they say they will take 60 days to resolve or reply. Seriously!
And the more you report about their abnormalities and irregularities to them, the more they target your account relentlessly to destroy our account portfolio. And it’s not the volatile market doing it. It’s this crooked CMC Markets manipulating the accounts. CMC Markets should be banned and reported to the regulators.
