Total scam. Ordered items in November. Followed up in Jan and was told there was an issue with shipping so they have refunded. No refund has appeared and no proof of a refund. When questioned I just get sent a copy of the email which says "we have given you a refund". When questioned further they now say the refund was in November. I've checked all my bank statements. Nothing. Avoid.
