They are basically paying for fake reviews, so I would guess many of the reviews here are fake... You will be given a few extra days playtime if you give positive feedback on all these sites
The cheat is working, but I would say it is pretty average. Security seems fine tho, I have not been banned, which is positive.

I have been using clutch confidently for almost 5 years now and have witnessed near flawless uptime and amazing support whenever I had any question or concern. I have used the tarkov and rust product and was surprised by how smooth both were to setup and customize. I would imagine all other supported games would be similar in quality. One should look no further than clutch solutions for other games and products as their team seem very dedicated to offering the best experience.
