Complaint Regarding Cancellation of Scheduled Meeting and Poor Customer Experience

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience with your team.

On 10.07.2026, I received a call from your representative to schedule a meeting at TDi Club. During the call, I clearly informed your team that I am a working professional with a small child, so my time is limited. Keeping this in mind, the meeting was scheduled for 11.07.2026 at 7:00 PM.

As planned, I reached the venue with my mother-in-law, and my husband was on his way to join us. However, at around 7:30 PM, Mr. Sumit 9594821306 called me and informed me that the meeting had been cancelled, asking me to schedule it for another day.

This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. If the meeting had already been cancelled, I should have been informed well in advance instead of being made to travel to the venue and waste my valuable time. As someone balancing work and family responsibilities, this inconvenience was completely avoidable.

I expected better service and hospitality from your organization. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression. I request you to look into this matter and ensure that no other customer has to face such poor coordination and lack of professionalism.

I look forward to your response and an explanation regarding this incident.

Dear GuysGreedy Clubmahindra and Worst Customer service

Dear Guys
Greetings !!!

We bought the Membership in 2012 : White Studio apartment. They had only 3 levels of membership (Seasons) - Red, White and Blue.
Subsequently without the existing members consensus, they added up one more season - Purple and They started giving preferences to Only Purple and started ignoring the other season members.
And whenever we wanted to travel , we cannot book resorts with a shorter notice of even 1 month. They require min 3 months and that too it should fall within your reason.

Totally a bullshit waste and recommend not it prefer Clubmahindra membership or rather prefer to go for Homestays or through websites.

Utterly greedy Clubmahindra and the Customer Care line never works ; Be it Local office or Tool free number.

Total waste of your hard earned money and they swindle around it.

Fake company

Invited for dinner & holiday voucher. But no dinner no voucher. Bad experience.

Very poor service

I was about to join club Mahindra and…

I was about to join club Mahindra and requested call back so that I can take there membership. But the recent club Mahindra video shocked me like anything and won’t keep my family in danger. So any club Mahindra driver can physically fight with their customer which is not at all acceptable.
No response from club Mahindra on this case making me more negative about the company.

They are the worst people who treat…

They are the worst people who treat their customers like stupid and they loot them by giving false information .. i was told by their employees that you never had to pay asf even if the company demands also when i complaint about it there was no solution done to it instead they lure me into paying more and keep the membership intact.. their hotels are not up to mark even you have the best of their membership. They call you 1000 times even after explaining to them that we are busy ryt now.. worst experience ever we had with club Mahindra.. Don’t take it .

Absolutely HORRIBLE

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Being a member , booked 2 rooms and categorically told them , travelling with kids. Last minute , without any information, because of incomplete information they cancel booking. Most HORRENDOUS experience ever. Just an apology mail and they have washed their hands off.

Thanks for connecting on the conference call along with Mr. Sethu on Thursday, 7th May ’26. I was genuinely hoping to receive some concrete update within the next couple of days, but unfortunately there has been no progress so far.

Without a definite timeline or clear direction, it is becoming increasingly difficult to continue prolonging this issue, especially considering the amount of time, stress, and uncertainty involved over the past few months and also considering that the amount paid earlier in Jan'26 as on date is deadlock investment with no tangible benifits.

As a customer, I sincerely hope Mahindra values and respects customer concerns, emotions, and trust.

I have been patient throughout this process with the expectation of a fair and amicable resolution.
Request you to kindly let me know if there is any further update at your end or any committed timeline for closure.

I expect a positive update today as this is pending for more than 3 months now. Thank you.

Mahindra Membership is useless and right from selling there are false promises. The complaints team is further pathetic and do not have a time line to respond/resolve the complaint. The below complaint is pending since last 3 months and only response from Mahindra is they are working to resolve this. Their Escalation Team/Grievance Team is pathetic. Pls find below snap shots of mail. The initial investment made since Jan'26 has yielded no tangible benifits and appears to be a deadlock investment. Hence I suggest public to excercise caution when dealing with CLUB MAHINDRA.

Despite repeated follow-ups, this complaint has remained unresolved for over three months, which reflects serious inefficiency in your complaint handling mechanism and unacceptable service standards. The lack of timely response, ownership, and accountability from your team is deeply concerning.

I hereby place on record that I require a satisfactory and amicable resolution within today, failing which I will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against your organization for misrepresentation, deficiency in service, and unfair trade practices. I will also escalate this matter across relevant consumer forums and social platforms, documenting the undue stress, inconvenience, and financial impact caused due to false commitments and continued inaction.

This communication may be treated as a final notice prior to legal escalation.

Club Mahindra Tungi resort experience

I went to Club Mahindra tungi resort in Oct, 25 and my family thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Spa facilities were really good. Breakfast menu was very very good with diversified menu.. I will definitely recommend people to visit this property

It's one sided game when you purchase club Mahindra membership

It's one sided game when you purchase club Mahindra membership they will make sure your holiday mood get spoiled and ended up you and your family with frustration as you will loose your peace of mind , hard-earned money, holidays it's completely Dadagiri by Club Mahindra.

My overall experience with Club Mahindra has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Starting with the booking process, it was neither transparent nor customer-friendly. The charges were unclear, and there were multiple hidden costs that were not properly explained at the time of enrollment. The rules and regulations are complicated and seem to work more in favor of the company rather than the customer.

Another major concern is the illogical deduction of holidays from the membership without proper justification or flexibility. Despite raising several concerns and escalations, there has been no meaningful resolution or improvement from the support team.

The stay experience itself did not meet expectations. The room quality, maintenance, and overall comfort were below the standards promised during enrollment.

The food quality and pricing were also disappointing. The variety and taste did not justify the high charges being applied at the resort.

Most concerning, however, was the behavior of the staff. Instead of being courteous and helpful, the staff appeared unprofessional and at times arrogant. The hospitality standards were far below what one would expect from a reputed brand like Club Mahindra.

Overall, due to non-customer-friendly policies, hidden charges, unexplained holiday deductions, poor stay experience, unsatisfactory food quality, and lack of response even after multiple escalations, my experience has been very negative. I sincerely hope the management reviews these concerns seriously and improves transparency, service quality, and customer support for existing members.

Must Visit - Club Mahindra Treehouse Jaipur resort

Visited the Club Mahindra Jaipur Treehouse property recently. It was slightly away from the city but the resorts upkeep, spaciousness, warmth and concept were a real stand out. We stayed in the tree house where literally the stem of the tree was passing through the hall and bedroom of our house. It was quite luxurious. My wife was raving about the Spa experience. The food in their indo-fusion restaurant Chak Cafe was super special - the curation of the menu to the service was top notch.
What we loved the most and what amazed us was there were so many commin seating spaces across the resort. So many bar and restaurant. Mor mahal is a hidden bar straight out of a James Bond movie - intrinsic wood work in the small hidden bar. We could also enjoy the evening rains of Jaipur during hi tea with Bhel and rajasthani tea.

My kid had a great time as well with their pottery class and camel ride. The indoor kids play area is 2 level and very clean.
It's a must visit resort of Club Mahindra with family and extended family. One can easily spend 4 days in this resort as there is so much to do. You should try both water villas and Tree house stay at the resort.

Got invited by Club Mahindra team for a “complimentary holiday voucher” event at Starbucks.

Reality: long sales pitch, heavy pressure to buy membership on the spot, and no clear voucher details shared.

Felt misleading. Please be cautious before attending such invites.

Dont waste money

Dont waste money

Old members never upgrade to new keystone, and other fancy names.

They promise breakfast.. But there are changes in cancellation period,
The days which can be carry forward reduced to 14 and guest booking is not allowed.

So with the promise of breakfast they are tightning the rules and wasting hard earned money.

Once you are in their resort the salesman will come after you about telling upgrade and will continously call you for making you fall in trap.

NOT TO GET TRAPED BY THIS CM....

I am Naval Veterans, staying at Jabalpur (MP), got trapped by the Mgr Vaibhav awasthi & their team ( from Bhopal & Indore) at Jabalpur,I have faced a false promises & they took 74000.00 & promised to first you experience the free visit of CM resorts at anywhere in India, then only continue & if you don't like then this amount will be refund. They don't give any written hard copy. On asking the same they say it will come on your mail.
When I keep asking my trip they just keep on promising & many times they don't pick up the phone.
Then at last, I written to the customer care for cancellation of it, they also just kill the time by telling they are looking into it.
Finally, one day they sent the mail stating that 15 days are over now no refund. Also my amount is less than 60% ( which is very funny response).
Now I am going to lodge the complaint against all these guys for the false promises & cheating the senior citizen Naval veterans. I decided not to leave them at any cost.
I also request others, please don't be quit ,just raise the voice against these guys, so that at least others don't suffer & they are punished.

Please forward me the others cases also so that our case become the strong.

Failing to keep their word

I have just started with my membership. I was promised by their staff who visited us that the organisation would foreclose my EMI payments but that is not done and he never picks up my phone calls and the complaints department keeps saying that they are looking into it.
I feel that we have been hoodwinked and don’t know how to get out of this messy situation. We have already paid more than 3.5 lakhs.

Very disappointing experience with Club…

Very disappointing experience with Club Mahindra. Customer service is extremely poor, and the staff shows no concern for members—only for company policies.
During COVID, we lost nearly **2 years** when travel was not allowed, yet Club Mahindra **continued charging full maintenance fees** and threatened penalties if payments were delayed. However, when members requested an extension for those lost years, the company **completely refused**, which is unfair and unethical.
The annual maintenance fee is around **₹14,000**, which is very high for the limited benefits offered. Bookings are allowed only as per season, and for Red season members, availability is almost impossible. Rooms are often blocked, making it feel like lower-season members are simply paying to maintain resorts for higher-season customers.

Overall, the membership is **not worth the money or stress**. Promises made at the time of sales are not honored, and customer concerns are ignored. I would strongly advise others to think twice before taking this membership.

Hi Club Mahindra Team,

It is with great disappointment that I am writing this letter to you. Being a Club Mahindra paid member, I booked my holidays in Gangtok, Sikkim, well in advance, rather the day when the booking open for the said date. I have been planning this family vacation from quite some time and was eyeing for the booking window to open and that is how I did the booking.

Subsequently, I did the booking in 03 resorts of Club Mahindra on different dates on our vacation. Once, the booking was confirmed, I proceeded for Flight booking and other planning. Flight booking is exactly aligning with the resort/hotel booking.
The issue occurred when I got below communication from Mr. Suresh about cancelling the booking in one of the resort citing a reason, which is completely Club Mahindra’s purview.

Still, I tried to absorb the new changes and tried the modified booking but since I got this information for change a day back, now we have 02 problems: Rooms are not available for entire period and the points to book the resort is too high.

In both the ways the loss is just mine.
Apparently, Club Mahindra has completely turned their hands down, now the problem is only mine. Club Mahindra is conveniently not taking any responsibility for this, even after the problem is from your side not mine.

I have the confirmed flight ticket amounting to almost INR 88k, changing or cancelling will cost me a fortune now. If I go there, I do not have a clue where do I stay with my family for the days when rooms are not available.

More so, the point which I had saved, in 1.5 years, for this vacation and another one possibly, is not enough even for this vacation. I am being told that I have to buy more points to book resort for same time and same resort. Again the loss is mine as I have to pay extra money for additional points.
This is unprofessionalism at it highest, and not only a bad customer experience but also incurring a financial loss to customer around 1 lacs, just because Club Mahindra is at fault.

Very Poor Maintenance

Very Poor Maintenance – Disappointing Experience at Club Mahindra Thekkady

I recently stayed at Club Mahindra Thekkady (Kumily) and was extremely disappointed with the poor maintenance and service. After overnight travel with my family, we were allotted a room in very bad condition—dirty curtains and cushions, unpleasant smell, poor bedding, broken side lamp, improper bed placement, and worn-out furniture.

Even after requesting a room change, the alternate room was also not up to Club Mahindra standards. This was highly uncomfortable and frustrating.

Adding to the disappointment, I received repeated calls for maintenance fee collection, but when I raised my unresolved complaint, I was told they could not help and only warned about late fees.

As a Club Mahindra member for nearly 15 years, this has been one of my worst experiences. I have raised the issue on the member portal (Service Request #144890) and hope the management takes corrective action.
