I pay regular yearly subscription, was watching a Camogie game today and they ended the stream abruptly with 9 minutes left of play. To change the stream over to on demand viewing (+€15) for the next mens game, not starting for another 40-45 minutes. So stupid, ridiculous since I pay to watch the first game.

I got the louth u18/20 games the last two nights and it is a disgrace
The streaming is constantly buffering and cost me €30 for the two games

Just attempted to watch the Galway V Offaly game . Not only is the coverage constantly buffering and lagging so slow behind you have constantly missed points being updated despite the white flag being raised. This is not a reliable service at all

Terrible Commentator didn’t know lot of the players names. No point in commenting on a game if you don’t know the teams. Also picture is awful and it freezes every few min certainly not worth €13-99

Bought 2 subscriptions in error, only meant to buy 1, once I contacted them they refunded one straight away. Very easy to deal with.

Purchased a GAA match recently. The stream abruptly ended at a crucial time in the game with 10mins to go. Despite numerous attempts to refresh it, the game kept going back a couple of mins and then stopped at the exact same moment each time. After contacting their "support" email they claimed the stream was working fine despite the fact I knew it had happened to various other people also.

After requesting a refund, they said the full match was now available online but I explained that I was only interested in the live stream as advertised. They have not responded to my request and ignored numerous emails since. Very bad service and customer support and I would advise everyone to be extremely wary of purchasing any service from them

Really disappointing experience. I asked about a discount code my Championship rugby club was promoting and got unhelpful responses. When I paid for the match, the stream dropped out for 13 minutes (and generally the coverage was pretty poor throughout). I emailed Clubber support on the 6th October, no response, chased again on the 16th October, no response again. You can excuse technical faults to some extent, especially when it's a new big contract for them, but poor customer service is not acceptable.

Paid for the first time to watch Coventry v Ealing in the rugby championship. Wish I had gone to the game. Clubber was unwatchable. Kept freezing or jumping ahead. By half time was 17 minutes behind the live time. Don’t waste your money. Asked for a refund but was ignored. Will have to seek refund through Amex. Do not buy this service it’s the worse I have ever tried.

Purchase of service as I thought to watch a county final, however instead of a service this is a near scam. Save your money or spend it elsewhere as this is very frustrating

Purchased to watch Champ rugby. The coverage was poor. 32 minutes without audio and or picture. ‘Technical Break’ apparently. When available the picture quality and sound was sub standard. Contacted support only to be fobbed off.

I would not recommend at this price.

Awful. Tried to watch the first rugby game of the season and coverage cut out more times than I can remember. Abandoned watching the game all together in the end.

Absolute shambles . Froze every ten seconds , might as well have thrown 12.99 out the window . Will be looking for a refund .

Awful service. The stream just jumped along one frame like every 10 seconds. Didn't go to this match as we thought we'd get to see it at home. Waste of time and money, and a pity we didn't get to the match after all,

Paid for a match, but the stream froze repeatedly. Support brushed me off with "It’s fine on our end" and flat-out refused a refund. I even offered video proof — they didn’t care. Zero accountability. Spend your money elsewhere.
