We got our car 2020, I really can't complain the company was great and very helpful. Yes we paid over double the cars worth but with bad credit I couldn't get car finance anywhere. Car is paid of and still running fine. I've had to call several times about missed payments and they have been great and I over paid and they sent my refund. I really cannot fault this company at all. Thanks again CLS

Bought a car from these company and had nothing but trouble with it. From day one my handbrake wasn't working properly and then I speak with the dealer and found out that car reg has a fault with the hand brake and can't be repaired

Brought two cars of them both knackered within 2 years not paying no more

How are these still financing people for 1 they are in administration and 2 they absolutely rip people off and scam you with they're cars and prices, they're rude and arrogant and if you try to give them cars that you receive damaged or need major repairs they dont care and wait and wait, I wouldn't p$#s on them if they were on fire.

Got my car in 2020, absolute joke from the off! I walked in to a trap literally...

AVOID at all costs, biggest mistake ive ever made, should of been paid off in Feb 2023 turns out that's a lie and its 2024!! (Thats just 1 of the many lies I was told)

Joke of a company firstly I took car finance out paid the deposit etc and I was waiting to collect it to drive home the same day an hour or so passed and I was like why is it taking so long to bring the car round to the front.
Anyway I started questioning it with someone and they turned round and said that the finance people CLS want us to put in an immobiliser so if you don’t pay they can turn off the vehicle and stop you from using it. By the time me and my partner were told about this we had already given them the deposit and signed the agreement when they told us this we were in disbelief.

Anyway we carried on with the car as we really needed one, but I recently lost my stepdad and told them this. I said I will pay what I owe when I go back to work from bereavement.
They were all too happy to help at the time, anyway I went back to work as I finished work I went to start the car up to then find out they had immobilised my car so I was stuck and couldn’t get home. I instantly called them and asked what was going on, all I got was some snobby stuck up guy that couldn’t care less, even after I explained what had happened to him, and that it was agreed he still didn’t want to help.
The car is still immobilised and I have 2 children aged 3 and 2, and they have said they are terminating my contract and are going to reprocess my car.

AVOID this company like the plague, they have no heart, no feelings and I’ve seen better customer service from monkeys in a zoo than from these thieving scum bags. I have typed this and it has been so hard not to swear but please what ever you do, do your research and stay away from this shobby company.

Took a car agreement with this cowboy company 3 year ago 6 hour later after i collected car brokedown on motorway a new fuel pump replaced then a week later new clutch was needed and engine management light came on took it to there garage to be told nothing wrong with it guess what the light is still on to this day now i had to have my cat changed on car they offered to pay half of it because i had put millage on car even tho i was still in warranty which they give u 3 months still having problems with the car now am glad i only have till next year to go then am free of this horrible company the staff are rude and dwayne roberts the collection manager is just as bad am glad they have gone into administration at least they carnt robb anymore people

Does anyone know the recovery company that these guys use? They have taken my vehicle this evening with medical equipment in and medication and I need to locate it. Thanks

I brought a car from them it was a Citroen c3, I then change my mind after a week and I told them the car wasn’t right for the family and can I give them the car back. They said I could but I’ll have to pay more than half of cost of the car. The price of the car was £10000 and I know have to pay them back over 7000 pounds bearing in mind I only had the car for a week.

AVOID AVIOD AVOID. THEY ARE ROBBERS AND THE CAR A’INT SEVICE THERE OLD CAR AND THERE DEFINITELY WAY WAY OVER PRICE. AVOID THIS COMPANY, DON’T GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME PLEASE!!!!

the car was not bad but for the price hada little bodywork damage but i took it payments have been very hard in the pandemic and missed a few and no help from them useless company

Awful company. Just over 3 years ago I got a car on finance with CLS as I wanted to improve my credit score - they kept telling me (before signing anything) car finance was a brilliant way to improve credit score - this was a selling point to me. So I decided to go down the finance route instead of buying outright. Not only was the APR interest rate stupidly high (paying over double the cars worth) I have now been paying for over 3 years and they've not reported my payments on my credit files! I have called numerous times over the 3 years only to be told everytime they're currently having issues reporting to credit files. It doesn't take over 3 years to update credit files! They have fobbed me off all this time, mis-sold the finance - I wouldn't have gone down the finance route if I'd have known it wasn't going to improve my credit score, I am now stuck with a 208 (2012) paying in total just over £9000! But I can guarantee if I missed a payment or just stopped paying they'd soon be able to report it on my credit file!

Wouldn’t give 1 star had a car of them only had a year and it needs a new engine it keeps overheating and now won’t start had new water pump new clutch new gearbox new tyres the central locking stopped working so had to fix that now I’m left with a banger and they won’t even give my contract agreement to state how much it’s costing me AVOID AVOID AVOID

The worst company by far 🤬 I had the misfortune of being placed with this finance company by the dealership I bought my car from clearly they must have been getting back handers from them as I quickly discovered they had a number of CCJ’s registered against them and within days of collecting my car they were in liquidation/administration surely begs the question of should they be lending money ? They took payments but then chased me relentlessly suggesting I hadn’t paid. Offered zero assistance or payment holidays during the pandemic can only be described as absolute cowboys! Thank goodness I got out of my agreement with them !!

Very helpful company, did us a good deal , helped and been understanding through covid and death of my father. Id recommened.

Had a car with them for 2 years, car was great, staff were always friendly and helpful when we had to contact them but last year they put a black mark on my credit file, queried it to be told that our account was fine and no black marks had been made, we handed the car back in August last year as we could as per our agreement, they took the car no problem and we never heard from them again, fast forward nearly 8 months and I found out yesterday that they have put another black mark on my credit file about 3 weeks ago for a car we haven’t had for nearly 8 months.

I have had my finance with this company for 3 years never had any issues and was disappointed they had gone into administration and unable to help with another finance on my new car.

The got my car from this company almost 4 yrs ago and I’ve never had a problem with it it’s been a reliable little car gone through every mot with no problem.. I would use this company again
