Poor Shipping Experience
Purchased a nearly 1000$CAD phone. Courier indicated that a signature on delivery is required. Package was delivered without signature, leaving the package outside in plain view. Could have easily been stolen, as has happened recently.
Would not recommend, especially if they ship to you with DHL.

Everything was easy to negotiate because the instructions were clear and concise. This would have been 5 star, but for the fact the charging cable does not fit the iphone. Shame.

The power lead to my Apple Macbook Air was snapped by accident, leaving my life on hold. Found a replacement at an unbelievable price on Clove and hey ho, they turned my order round and had me up and running in less than 48 hours. Best price, best service, better than Apple.

If the. Company send you an ok item then well done, phew IF however, as often seems the case they send an item which is faulty, or you wish to return it or a 'pristine' item has a big chunk taken out of it, then I am sure not a single on of thier customers has ever had a satisfactory resolution.

Ordered a pristine Apple Watch Ultra and received an order confirmation number shortly afterwards. The next day I received an email saying the order had been cancelled because the item was not in stock. Not even an apology, just a 'we've cancelled your order'. Epic.

Great price & speedy shipping
Good price on an excellent & hard-to-source product (Fairphone 5), and *surprisingly* fast shipping. Expect to pay customs if delivering to North America (~$40-$60, no way around it); even with that extra cost, it was STILL the least expensive option available, as well as the fastest.
Have used before, will certainly use again.

Possible Scam
I had a very concerning experience with Clove Technology. I placed an order and paid via credit card, only to receive an email shortly after saying that my order was cancelled. The reason? Apparently, they only accept bank transfers for processing, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere during the checkout process.
It seems like a scam or at least a highly questionable business practice. Why would they cancel an order after payment via credit card, but then continue to push for payment via bank transfer, a much riskier method for customers? This lack of transparency is troubling, and I’m now left unsure whether I should trust them with any future orders.
Given my experience, I would strongly advise against doing business with Clove Technology, especially if you're asked to pay through a method that offers little to no buyer protection. Proceed with caution.

Absolute rubbish. Card is registered to same address as delivery address, a UK residential address.
Beware please as this sounds like a scam

Poor Service
I bought a Apple Watch from them using Wowcher and it was faulty battery lasted a couple hours at best, contacted them and they told me they would replace it. So I sent it off and heard nothing a week later I had to contact them to find out what was going on and they said they wouldn't replace it and sent a refund to Wowcher. I spoke to Wowcher and they haven't sent a refund at all.

Fairphone 5 in the United States
I ordered a Fairphone 5 from Clove because they're the only place I could find that would ship Fairphone 5s to the US. They used very fast shipping (DHL Express), and the phone was packed very well and arrived undamaged. If you don't use PayPal and you're ordering for the first time, they'll ask for a picture of the card used to pay for the order and the cardholder's ID, but I provided that immediately and my order was shipped exactly when I expected it to be.
