Useless delivery for working people
Delivery driver did not leave the parcel in the safe place when we were out, then arranged a delivery time the following day and was two hours late. The medicine had been out of the fridge for over 48 hours and was warm. Hasn’t been effective at all this month. No support from cloud.

The delivery of our medication is something we take seriously and we are sorry if you feel let down. Our temperature-controlled packaging has been developed to support the safe transportation of medication during periods of warmer weather. The packaging is designed to help protect your medication during delivery, and short periods outside of refrigeration are accounted for within the manufacturer's storage guidelines.
