I am very disappointed with my experience using Cloudbet.

After significant losses on my account, I contacted support to request a review of my activity and transactions. Unfortunately, I received only a generic response stating that everything was “in accordance with terms and conditions,” without any detailed evidence or transparency.

My account was then suspended, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received a proper explanation, transaction breakdown, or provably fair verification data.

What concerns me the most is the lack of transparency. If a “full review” was conducted, I expect clear proof — such as transaction history, game results, and verification data — not just a general statement.

At this point, I feel ignored and unsupported as a customer.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious and to fully understand the risks before using this platform.

I’m sharing this to warn anyone considering using Cloudbet.

My account was suddenly locked, and my $500 balance was confiscated without warning. When I contacted support, I received a generic reply accusing me of violating their Terms (multiple accounts).

Yes — I used a VPN and had more than one account. However, I NEVER abused bonuses or attempted to exploit the platform in any way.

Despite that, Cloudbet:

Permanently restricted my account
Confiscated my funds
Refused to provide any real evidence
Offered no fair review or appeal process
Closed communication entirely

I even tried to resolve this reasonably by requesting ONLY my original deposit back — they refused.

Let that sink in: they kept my money and refused even a partial refund.

This is extremely concerning behavior for a platform handling user funds.

At this point:

I am filing a formal complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board
I am documenting everything publicly
I will continue exposing this case across Trustpilot, Reddit, and Bitcointalk

My account blocked for 6 months after try to withdraw some money from the account they blocked my account. I have over 1000 usd on my account. I am going to write this matter in all forum

My account is blocked after I try to withdraw from cloudbet account, I mostly bet on ATP/WTA tennis. They said that they will do investigation and which can take 6 months. My current account balance is 2069 USD, I think my money is gone, guys please stay away from cloudbet.
If you win something and try to withdraw your account could be blocked without any reason

Winning players are not allowed, you will be allowed to deposit thousands, but you will not be allowed to withdraw if you are winning. Cloudbet blocks winning accounts claiming "Suspicious activity" as an excuse to steal players money. Avoid this place if you value your time and money, you will not be able to withdraw.

1, Almost everything is suspended almost always
2, just a waste deposit and no options to bet
3, Withdrawals are not 60 mins as advertised they are 24+ hrs
4, The Company does not wants the players to enjoy
