Poor experience
I ordered a dress and it came promptly,but did not look like the picture so disappointed,However that can happen.Problem came when I wanted to return.Had to send a message and was told I had to wait for acceptance for a return?Why?But I didn't hear anything and am still waiting for a response(emailed customer services).Says on returns info you can call,but no telephone number on the returns details page.Had to look it up on Google.This has not made me want to use this company again.They seem to be making the returns process,difficult and protracted.

Lovely dress
It took awhile for the dress to arrive
Then royal mail delivered to a neighbour without leaving a card to say where. Topping that I asked for it to redirected else where but that was ignored. Dress is a 22 and fits lovely inc the material.
