Clear and fair pricing. Turned out was a bigger job than initially anticipated and Clockwork pulled out all the stops to get job finished on time (including getting more team members to job on the day). Made a potentially stressful move less stressful!

I can highly recommend Clockwork removals. It was a stressful day, but we were soon put at ease by the team. They were very courteous and professional. They packed up our old house very quickly - After a short wait for keys for our new home the lads unloaded all furniture quickly and efficiently. A really big thank you Clockwork.

An excellent company.
An excellent experience with all work carried out by the team both the day before the move and on the day of the move. The guys were great hard working and despite a delay in getting the keys managed to compete the job by early evening. I would recommend them for any removal.

Very organised. Very punctual and cleared my furniture and belongings quickly. Also they were very friendly, professional and careful and got on with the job, so much so that they arrived and were waiting patiently for me at the new address before I even had the keys! Nothing damaged or broken. I have no hesitation in recommending if you are looking for a removal company.

Removal was meant to start at 9 in the morning. One man turned up to pack and rest didn’t appear until 12.45!! Ended up finishing removal in the dark!!

Thanks for your review - we appreciate your feedback. In this instance it looks like poor communication on our part was to blame and we do apologise for this.
One packer was scheduled for the morning and then the rest of the crew joined him to finish the job in the afternoon. By the looks of the crew sheet they finished up at 5pm which is normal for our packing service.
The packing on the day of move took…too long
The packing on the day of move took until after 5pm to complete - If I had been selling on the same day, the new purchaser would have been very unhappy to wait.
Also, I went into my garage where one of the men (a young lad) was sitting on my exercise bike and peddling - I was annoyed as he should have been working not playing around, and he should not have been using my personal things
So this took the shine of what was otherwise a good experience/ service

Well planned and courteous and efficient service
The pre contract sales service and advice was very good and thorough by Mr Haining.
On the pre-move day the packers were excellent, both careful and considerate.
On Move Day all went smoothly and Marcus, the supervisor, was always in control of the team.
