This company made moving home a breeze and everything ran like it’s Companies name -Clockwork. The team were very professional and friendly. Very happy with the service and would recommend.

Barry, Chris, and Leo were fantastic. Efficient, neat, pleasant, and my goodness were they strong! They unassembled our furniture and moved our boxes into the van within a couple of hours (we lived in a 4-bedroom house in Edinburgh).. and we went straight over to our new home in Roslin. A mix-up at the solicitors meant that we were waiting for up to 3 hours before we could legally enter the property. But the guys were really understanding and never once made us feel bad (even though we did). Also happy to report there were no damage to any furniture or items. Happy customer.

Overall the move was smooth and stress free for us. It did take longer than expected but it wasn't a problem. Removal staff were really good at what they do and they made us laugh.

There were a few things scratched, my TV has dents in the back now and they lost all the screw covers for the kids bed but nothing major.

The only bad issue we had was that our bed was put back together wrong even though we provided the instructions. I then had to spend a few hours taking it apart and putting it back together again.

I'd never used a removal company for a move before, so didn't know what to expect in terms of help beyond the simple moving of my furniture and boxes from A to B. What blew me away was how quick, efficient and considerate the team were, bearing in mind I had pets on site and some items that hadn't originally been intended for the van. The initiative and care they took in ensuring my precious cargo was left ready for me to start my unpacking by 3pm that Friday was so appreciated.

Very professional service. The process was clear, simple and hassle-free. I received a very prompt quote from Wayne, who helped organised my move and scheduled it to best fit my move from Edinburgh to Glasgow. The crew were very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend clockwork for removals.

They arrived on time and were cheerful and happy to help throughout. I had 3 crates from storage, not all of which were needed. They were patient while I decided what was to come into the property and what shoud remain in crate . They mad a difficult day less of an ordeal.

I chose Clockwork after 4 other quotes for removal and storage from Perth Scotland to Romsey England based on their senior representative's professional and understanding attitude to my widowed situation.
On delivery I was upset to discover an exhausted unconcerned sole driver who had not taken the paid-for required break on the trip and had NO idea what should have been included among the separate items in the vehicle. I am now struggling to claim compensation through the included Insurance payment for the main items missing. It has been a most disappointing choice of Removal Company.

Great company, used their services many times and will be using again for sure. Calm, professional, good communicators (respond to email, pick up the phone, call back etc), turn up on time and work well as a team. Successfully completed many challenging tasks involving antiques, big wardrobes, tricky corners and lots of stairs. Have never dropped or damaged anything, are polite, cheery, and work hard. 10 out of 10.

Clockwork removals were excellent, from the survey, booking, payment and especially the move itself I was able to relax and feel comfortable with their organisation and experience. Well done, highly recommend 😊😊😊

Excellent service, the team arrived on time, were super careful with the items as well as with the properties.
I would use the service again and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a company that can take some of the stress of moving away.

From initial visit by Wayne, who explained in detail how our removal into storage and then storage into our new home was seamless. The removal van and team on both journeys were professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. Dionne in the office was so helpful and organised that everything went so well and sorted out any queries I had so quickly. Highly recommend this friendly professional reasonably priced company.

Wayne was very polite and helpful coming out to give a quote and the team of men were totally amazing could not have been more helpful even offered to build my bed up for my daughter.. deffo recommend them fantastic and great prices too

The boys were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble,which made a stressful experience all the more bearable. I hope I never have to move again, but if I ever do I would certainly use Clockwork.

Moved from 3rd floor flat with no lift but everything was handled quickly and efficiently. Really friendly team responded positively to all our requests and couldn’t do enough to make the whole move go without a hitch.
