Was bought a 1 year sub June 21. Had 8 out of 12 watches and then nothing. No replies to emails, nothing. What is going on. If you have gone bust stop taking new subs. Going to report to trading standards. May be having troubles but with no communication only bad things will result. Recommend keep well away.
What a joke
What a joke. I subscribed to Clockwork Club on 2nd July and I am yet to receive my first watch as of 14th August. I have emailed twice and received no response, I have called 4 times over the last week and been told each time that someone will be in contact for no one to call. The receptionist I speak with each time I call repeatedly says she'll submit an "urgent request". Clockwork Club takes your money and then does nothing. No watch, no customer service, not even a thinly vailed attempt to appear even remotely competent. This is a scam, do not throw your money away.
Scam don't waste your money
I signed up to this subscription service as a father's Day present from our kids to my husband, I had a confirmation email to confirm the watch had been dispatched, the tracking number advised that Evri had the watch but was never delivered. Evri advises to bring this up with the seller. 5 emails and 4 phone calls leaving all my details for clockworkclub to help and I've had no response from them at all. When I probed the receptionist that answers the calls they advised that they are an outside company who pass on messages via email. Started looking into social media and noticed no responses or posts so looks like it's a complete scam!

They take your money, but you don't get a watch, need I say more........ No that basically it!!
Terrible customer appreciation
Was good to begin with now horrendous. As an expensive present this is extremely disappointing. Paid for a subscription service and now missing 3 watches. Called the office on multiple occasions always with no one to answer my call and promised a call back that never happens. Very disappointing service.
Just terrible
Just terrible. No response to email asking to cancel and 2 watches still outstanding. Have previously reviewed as was getting better but now nothing again. Avoid at all costs. Will now be taking legal action to get money back.
Only Half the orders have turned up!!!!
I have ordered a gift for my son of a watch a month for his special birthday. So far only half of the watches have been delivered and when you call up or raise a ticket you get very little response.
I'm so disappointed with this service and would highly recommend people to avoid being conned like I have.

Terrible service, Missing watches from my subscription, emailed numerous times and no reply. Would definitely avoid using them.

I've emailed twice but had no response.
I took out a subscription on 06/02/22 and received an automated acknowledgment. 3 weeks passed and no watch arrived. I checked Trustpilot and recognised other people were experiencing the same issue, monies taken but no product. I therefore cancelled my subscription prior to another payment being retracted. 6 weeks on from my initial purchase and still no watch has arrived. I'll be putting a chargeback through my bank imminently.

Very disappointed with clockwork…
Very disappointed with clockwork club,used to be spot on,easy to contact and always polite,recently however I have tried to contact them by email and phone,no reply to emails,when phoned receptionist always says that she will make my callback under urgent still nothing back.
I asked receptionist if the company had stopped trading and she said I cannot answer that question which I found strange,as a gentleman posted before me,they have taken money in December and January but no watch has arrived,very upset that they don't answer but were quick enough to take money out of my account,so will be cancelling my subscription,good everybody in the same boat

They took my money, i haven't received a watch yet and they're already trying to take another months payment, ive tried contacting support but the email just sends you to a support portal that is impossible to log into, any company that makes it this difficult to get in contact are clearly trying to avoid interaction with customers. Avoid this scam
UPDATE: They asked for more details which i provided and i never heard back. That was just an attempt to make it look like they are doing something to help when they really aren't.

Problems resolved
Been a member of clockwork club for a long time, and never had any issues - up until recently! However, after making the team aware of a missing watch, the guys ensured that everything was sorted within a few days, and I am once again, a really happy customer. Keep up the good work!

An excellent service
An excellent service, really good value with customer service second to none. Had the gentleman’s subscription at £40 per month for about 6/7 months, all the watches were excellent, and exceeded the £40 subscription in value every time (I always sought the watch out on the internet to see the value). Would recommend to anyone, they are as flexible as you want them to be, even if you want 1 singular watch, easy 5 stars, excellent service guys.
