I had a charge on my credit card and the contact number on my credit card got me no where. First it ask me if I was english press one so I did. Then it said because of covid their hours have been reduced..What Covid has been over for a long time. IT THEN SAID THE HOURS WERE FROM 6:00 AM TO 7:00PM MOUNTAIN TIME. IT IS 10:30 EASTERN TIME HERE WHICH MAKES IT 8:30 AM THEIR TIME. NO ONE ANSWERS AND IT HANGS UP... I CANCELED THE CARD AND MY CARD COMPANY IS INVESTIGATING IT... I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY...

this company can improve by being honest. I did not receive the product advertised and trying to return is a nightmare!!

I have tried 4 times to get my situation resolved. $315.68 or right in that vicinity. Called got message 44 minute wait. Got call back but didn't get to phone in time .I called right back and the recording said due to covid shutting down early. I have received no help from clkbank, the seller no one. No product received. The over charged me to begin with as well. Supposed to be buy 3 get 3 free. They charged for all 6. Im sure I got scammed. Im going to turn this into BBB and the attorney General of my state as fraud. Contacting my credit card company as well. I am sick of these scammed getting away with it, im going to try and get help!!!!

NO help 3 days just chated witha adrian i asked for a good e-mail to the the bank . He just stopped chatting. 1 star is way to much. $318.oo i may never see but
i in for the fight NO CLIK BANK!! ! He did give me info for a refund . It may happen .HAHA

Found the website very difficult to use and it jumped from page to page losing what data I’d put in so then had to do it all again, very frustrating.

Though the product (an herbal weight loss supplement) sounded too good to be true, I decided to give it a try. While making the purchase, I got an offer to double the order for only a few dollars, so I decided to try it. I got billed on PayPal for both orders, and the 800 number led me to a sales pitch for something else. I canceled through PayPal, but due to the holiday, the message was to watch my e-mail for the next 10 days, and if I hadn't gotten my money back, PayPal would get involved again.

SCAM - multiple fraudulent credit card transactions attempted - my bank cancelled card to prevent any subsequent charges.

Be very wary. After making a purchase via Clkbank using a card I hadn’t used in weeks I got a bunch of fraudulent transactions on that credit card. 30+ of them in 24 hours after the Clkbank charges.

The products are added to my account without permission. SCAM!

It's a scam. I bought a digital product and the link didn't work customer service was no help just said I had to pay $1to talk to someone else. Scam. I never got my product

I ordered what I thought was Bible study materials and when I went to download and print it I got not but a rabbit trail. I tried to give them a chance to make it right and they kept disconnecting with me

Ordered items, paid. Never got a confirmation of order payment. Got one shipping link that never ever updated. They never responded to my emails. Items never arrived. I disputed charges with my bank after a month and my $475 was refunded 2 months later. Scam in my opinion.
