My experience was great with clinic hub eveything was just so well organized and planed

Clinic hub was very hands on throughout the whole process. My surgeon Dr. Samil was very knowledgeable and really explained what was possible in the consultation. And I genuinely could not be happier with my surgery .

I had lipo 360 and suffered lipo burn on my back. I messaged them, and they wouldn't reimburse me. Their communication skills are 0. I wouldn't recommend them.

Everything was done to an excellent standard. I needed for nothing, the coordinators handled everything to a brilliant standard. Dr Orzan Erol is so polite, the entire ordeal was stress free which is a bonus as I travelled alone, I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough.

A great experience from start to finish, I had a breast lift and implants with Dr. Hasan Ozan Kurt, the staff in the hotel were great and you can message them at anytime via WhatsApp. I saw my surgeon twice after the surgery.

WARNING: Unauthorized double charge of €3,046 not refunded!
I fully paid for my surgery via bank transfer (€3,420) on June 3rd, 2024. Despite this, Clinichub (MEDKOR SAGLIK) made an unauthorized second charge of €3,046.67 on my credit card on July 11th, 2024. I have provided all bank proofs and sent multiple follow-ups, but the clinic (Manager Umit) has been completely silent for 2 weeks and refuses to refund this overpayment. Unacceptable financial practices and zero customer service after payment. Complaint filed with Turkish health authorities and bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Dr samil is the best! He listened to all of my needs and executed! , he is so kind and patient with his client, truly talented and amazing! I am extremely happy with my outcome and recommend clinichub to anyone who wants an amazing experience. It was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.

I recently had my surgery arranged through ClinicHub, and overall I had a positive experience. The coordination process was smooth, and the team was helpful in answering my questions beforehand.

The nursing care at the hotel was excellent. The staff were attentive, kind, and made me feel comfortable during my recovery. Their support really contributed to a pleasant healing process.

My experience at the hospital itself was a bit less positive. The reception and some of the staff were not as welcoming or organized as I had expected. However, this did not affect the quality of the medical care I received.

I am very satisfied with the results of my procedure with Dr. Hasan. He was professional, reassuring, and delivered results that met my expectations. Based on my overall experience, I would recommend ClinicHub to others considering treatment abroad.

I had a deep plane face lift and brow lift under 2 weeks ago. I am already seeing such a huge difference with the swelling going down and bruising. I had an amazing experience with all of the clinic hub staff every single one of them are amazing very knowledgeable and patient people. I normally struggle whilst I’m away with food as I’m a very fussy vegetarian however I think this is the first time I didn’t loose weight. The hotel catered for everyone. My surgeon has a lovey calming personality and is such a talented man I am so happy with the way everything went. If I could give one piece of advice please take a companion.. I was originally going to doing alone but if can be difficult to dress yourself and even look in the mirror the first few days. All of this is explained and expected but I definitely am glad my partner was there. Thank you to everyone that helped me in my journey and dr Ozan is seriously talented surgeon I am a very happy client.

Had a tummy tuck at Clinic hub, My surgeon was Dr Hasan Ozan Kurt, amazing work, he was very patient and reassuring. Could not be happier. I would definitely recommend.

I just want to say a massive thank you to the Clinic Hub team - they are all absolute superstars. Communication from start to finish was excellent, and whenever I had a question, they were always happy to help and very reassuring.

The transfers were well organised, and I stayed in one of their newer hospitals, which was lovely. The nurses were very attentive, although I did need to use Google Translate quite a lot due to the language barrier. I was extremely unwell after the anaesthetic, but the medical team clearly knew what they were doing. I was given medication, IV drips, and one nurse even brought me ice every hour or so, which really helped and made me feel cared for.

The hospital food was okay - fairly standard hospital food, nothing special, but fine.

The morning after surgery did feel a bit rushed. I was still very poorly and was told early in the morning that I needed to get ready within 15 minutes to be transferred to the hotel. As I travelled on my own, this felt quite stressful, especially when I was still being sick. I understand they have other patients to manage, but at that moment it wasn’t a very pleasant experience.

That said, the hotel was lovely. I know there are different hotels and room types, but I feel like I was lucky with one of the nicer rooms. The bed was super comfortable, and there was even an extra pillow in the wardrobe. The restaurant and bar staff were very attentive - I asked for ice cubes often - and there were free bottles of water available at reception. The food in the restaurant was decent too.

While staying at the hotel, nurses and doctors checked on me every day to make sure everything was okay, which was really reassuring. They were all lovely and professional. There were pharmacies and local shops nearby, although the area is more on the Asian side of Istanbul rather than the European side, so English isn’t widely spoken - Google Translate was definitely my best friend.

Overall, despite a few stressful moments, I felt well looked after and supported throughout my rhinoplasty journey, and I’m very grateful to the Clinic Hub team for their care.

Picked up at airport, drove to the hotel where they gave a welcome gift and have their own corner reserved for questions.

I’ve always been scared of how I would be perceived for having surgery, well half the hotel is there for the same reason. You won’t stand out, and even if you do , no one cares what you look like.

Clinichub took care of everything, spoke English great and is with you until the end.

Great communication, easy transfer to hotel and hospital. Great daily aftercare in hotel. Long waits in hospital and for transfers.

Rumeysa went abover and beyond the girls at the desk the nurses and Dr erman were fantastic let alone the crew on the restaurant I can't be more grateful.for my results and treatment by everyone

Contacted clinichub for rhino and otoplasty. They were great from start to finish. Dr You was able to use his magic and delivered fantasric work fixing my nose and pin/reshape my ears. The nurses, clinichub staff and others i have not mentioned, fantastic service and experience.
