I traveled alone from the U.S. to Istanbul for my hair transplant with Clinicana, and the experience was smooth and well organized. Fatih was responsive, patient, and always available to answer my questions. Even though I arranged my own Airbnb and transportation instead of taking their full package, the team still provided excellent support throughout. The medical staff was professional, thorough, and never pressured me into anything. I felt safe, informed, and well cared for the entire time. I would confidently recommend Clinicana to anyone considering treatment abroad.

Clinicana was extremely professional all the way through every single step of the process. All the way from the beginning months in advance answering all of my questions and being able to provide a detailed plan addressing my concerns. The doctors made sure to let me know exactly what to expect before, during and after the process was complete. The staff even took care of me multiple days after my operation since my stay was longer in Turkey (they didn’t have to do that).

Ms Ecem was my personal contact through this and she was the best by far through it. Made sure I was comfortable and knew everything in detail. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of going to Turkey for hair transplant to go to Clinicana. I took two photos one day apart to show their work. Well, I'm satisfied! The good progress started from the 5th month, and step by step, month by month, the hair growth became better. I had transplanted before Clinicana 1400 grafts, and in Clinicana, we took out in addition, another 3600 grafts. I recommend that clinic. They do work well! The main condition is to follow the instructions and recommendations. Right now I see pretty nice results after 10,5 months

My experience with Clinicana was excellent from start to finish. From the very first contact, their team was professional, responsive, and made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process.
One of the best parts of my experience was the communication. Ecem was always there for me, helping me at all times and making sure everything went smoothly. She was incredibly supportive, responsive, and patient, answering all my questions and guiding me before, during, and after the procedure. Her attention and care truly made a big difference.
The clinic is very well organized and clean, and the medical staff was professional and attentive. The procedure itself went smoothly, with no pain and no swelling, and everything was explained step by step, which gave me a lot of confidence.
What Clinicana does especially well is their organization, attention to detail, and follow-up care. They genuinely care about their patients and the overall experience, not just the procedure.

Well, this is not for everyone I guess, however, if you do choose to go with that - spend some time and efforts to find a place with good service.
Our group of 4 men decided to go for Clinicana after careful review of information available out in the internet.
I cannot speak for all group members or about results that will unveil themselves after 3-6 months post procedure - I will review planning and execution phases of procedure.
We engaged with representative from clinic approximately 6 months prior to procedure. Communication was easy and precise. All that was agreed was delivered.
Group did not experience any kind of red flags before or during procedure.
Even though I give highest rating, I still will leave couple of constructive criticism points for the improvement sake (this would have not changed our minds about clinic choice or rating of services):
1. Post surgery - one must decide about extra post procedure care products (vitamins and serum). It should have been flagged earlier.
2. We found* that there was an option for full anesthesia for extra fee to relieve most painful part of procedure - local anesthesia shots in the head. Personally - I wouldn’t have chosen this option, however, it would be nice to know about this option pre-procedure.
*was found during casual chat with another Clinicana representative during our last visit.

Clinicana Experience
I was referred to Clinicana by a friend. He gave me the contact information Ecem who was his liason during his procedure. I started speaking to Ecem a year before my procedure. She was super thorough with responding to all my questions and concerns. Even with no upfront commitment she spent a great deal of time chatting and talking. I felt so comfortable with her that I pulled the trigger and went with my cousin. The facility was very modern and all the staff was super nice. I would highly recommend Clinicana and Ecem to any of my bald kings out there!

Very happy with the results , I was in communication with Tony before the procedure , he was always available and willing to answer any questions I had. The operation went smoothly , the facilities were good , it made me feel more at ease that it was in hospital. The operation was long it took 8 hours but they did try and make the procedure as painless as possible . Even though it was long I was happy that they was being thorough and they planted grafts to cover the whole top of my head as requested. I had 4500 grafts in total, I am on day 10 I can already see the new implantations started to grow, looking forward to see the final results

The clinic acts ethically by sharing honest and transparent information, unlike some other clinics that seemed focused on selling at any cost, often overlooking important details that could raise valid concerns.

The procedure is carried out in a hospital environment that operates 24 hours a day, which was extremely helpful. As I had limited time in Istanbul, I was able to complete all the required pre-surgery exams late at night, speeding up the process and allowing me to undergo the procedure the very next day.

In the future, I will return to share the final results and my overall conclusions.

I had my hair transplant done at Clinicana, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The procedure was performed at one of the top hospitals in Istanbul, where Clinicana operates within a dedicated section of the hospital. The facility was extremely clean, modern, and well-organized, easily comparable to, and in some aspects exceeding, many medical facilities in the United States.
The process was very well planned. I had my bloodwork done the day before the procedure, and on the morning of the operation I met with the doctor, who carefully designed my hairline. He was clearly very experienced and confident in his work, which gave me a lot of reassurance. The transplant itself was performed by a team of three medical staff and lasted around eight hours, but it honestly went by much faster than expected. The anesthesia was painless for me, with only a few minutes of mild discomfort before everything went numb, and I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
After the operation, I returned to my hotel and was provided with all the post-procedure medications for the following ten days, along with very clear instructions. The next day, I returned for my first hair wash, where they taught me how to properly wash and care for my hair. I also met with the doctor to go over post-procedure treatments, things to do and avoid, and to answer all my questions. The consultation both before and after the procedure was excellent, and communication throughout was smooth and professional. I also had a designated team member assigned to me the entire time to guide me and respond to any questions, which made the whole experience stress-free.
Overall, the level of care, organization, and professionalism was outstanding. When you compare the quality of service and medical standards to the price, the value in Turkey clearly surpasses what is typically offered in the U.S. I’m very happy with my experience at Clinicana and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant.
