I spoke with Martin who I dealt with many years and as usual was most helpful to me all about Climate Control which I hadn’t use in 6/7years and hadn’t a clue what I was doing and he talk me through the whole process and got it working again and I was absolutely delighted that I managed it it was extremely helpful when you can actually talk with a human person/ voice I

Had an issue with the Climote Hub and App not working and the lads in Climote could not do enough for me, special mention to Aidan and Martin for all the assistance. Excellent customer service 👏👏👏

Had a number of issues with my Climote & after a shorts few emails with Sarah from climote I got a call from Martin at climote & he resolved the climote problems over the phone .
Hassle free problem solving experience.

The ability of Martin who answered my call to listen. I lacked key basic information re my Climote appliance as, originally, when it was installed, the additional annual cost was not explained at all . Martin was able to hear the gap in my knowledge & walk me through the steps that needed clarification with genuine understanding. My Climote is now back in action for which I am grateful.

Martin is a key asset …. EXEMPLER! However, when your phone lines are busy, you do not offer a call back … instead you demand an email incl device no which is not always safe or secure. Everyone appreciates lines can be busy, but customers should be offered a call back.

was a breath of fresh air.
The problem with my Climote heating was solved extremely promptly . It’s a great system with excellent after sales service .

I Have used climate for several years now and found it getting better by every year! I live in Galway and I switched on me hot water whilst I was on holiday in Cork last year. This year I switched on my central heating ( for my partner ) whilst I was on holiday in Lanzarote!! Honestly, use the company/app and you'll never look back

Overall I have found the climote team to be helpful efficient and friendly. They respond quickly to any queries I have had and have been able to deal with them quickly and with ease. They explain everything so I can understand what is expected and what I need to do. In particular recently I have dealt with Siobhan who was very friendly and made me feel at ease, she put me in touch with Martin on the technical team who was a great help and resolved my issue. Both of them encouraged me to get back in contact if I needed any further assistance.

Sarah responded very quick to my email and gave me very precise clear instructions on how to restart my climote device

I had problem on Climote control box with some sticky substance on dial and had to shut off control switch for power and restart the device. It was successful but the dial did not seem to function

A very quick and helpful response solved the question

As someone not very well versed in technology, Siobhán was a great help to us. She explained how to get the best out of the Climote App, including the use of the app while away from home, which was terrific. I first spoke to siobhain who was very polite, patient and helpful. Immediately afterwards Martin contacted me, and because I'm not very technical, Martin was extremely patient, kind and very helpful. He explained everything that was causing the problem in detail and language I could easily understand. It's always a pleasure to deal with technicians like Martin. Thank you Martin and siobhain.

I had a problem with the boost function in that it would only boost remotely for 150 minutes max. I emailed Climote, explained the problem and they fixed it almost immediately.

I absolutely love my Climote heating panel device. It’s very modern, sleek, and incredibly easy to use. Being able to control my heating directly from my mobile device makes such a difference — it’s convenient, efficient, and gives me great peace of mind.

The system is very efficient and has really helped me manage my heating better. On top of that, the customer service support has been excellent. They are responsive, helpful, and truly care about their customers.

Overall, I think it’s a fantastic product and I genuinely believe everyone should have one installed. Highly recommended!
