Have used climate for several years now…
I Have used climate for several years now and found it getting better by every year! I live in Galway and I switched on me hot water whilst I was on holiday in Cork last year. This year I switched on my central heating ( for my partner ) whilst I was on holiday in Lanzarote!! Honestly, use the company/app and you'll never look back

Overall I have found the climote team…
Overall I have found the climote team to be helpful efficient and friendly. They respond quickly to any queries I have had and have been able to deal with them quickly and with ease. They explain everything so I can understand what is expected and what I need to do. In particular recently I have dealt with Siobhan who was very friendly and made me feel at ease, she put me in touch with Martin on the technical team who was a great help and resolved my issue. Both of them encouraged me to get back in contact if I needed any further assistance.

I had problem on Climote control box with some sticky substance on dial and had to shut off control switch for power and restart the device. It was successful but the dial did not seem to function

Immediately afterwards Martin contacted me, and because I'm not very technical, Martin was extremely patient, kind and very helpful. He explained everything that was causing the problem in detail and language I could easily understand. It's always a pleasure to deal with technicians like Martin. Thank you Martin and siobhain.
Problem with the boost function
I had a problem with the boost function in that it would only boost remotely for 150 minutes max. I emailed Climote, explained the problem and they fixed it almost immediately.

I absolutely love my Climote heating panel device. It’s very modern, sleek, and incredibly easy to use. Being able to control my heating directly from my mobile device makes such a difference — it’s convenient, efficient, and gives me great peace of mind.
The system is very efficient and has really helped me manage my heating better. On top of that, the customer service support has been excellent. They are responsive, helpful, and truly care about their customers.
Overall, I think it’s a fantastic product and I genuinely believe everyone should have one installed. Highly recommended!
