Fantastic company, the people working in the store are friendly and knowledgeable and they carry a really good amount of stock. Their pricing is pretty much the best you will find anywhere for cameras and lenses and they have a really good trade-in against new purchases.

We are so pleased that they have moved locally to us as it's a great place just to pop in for a browse and to see a friendly face. Can be a bit dangerous though when "just a quick browse" ends up with the credit card coming out...

Also look out for their in store demos - there is always lots going on.

Extremely quick and helpful services. Needed a specific camera for a holiday. Ordered this camera on amazon.co.uk and it was estimated to come in less then a week but when i tracked the order it said it would come after the holiday. So went on clifton cameras and they provided the camera in 3 days which is really impressive as i am from Jersey. They provided an additional micro SD card which was amazing as i didn’t even realise that the camera alone doesn’t come with this card like if you order on amazon you have to buy separately. also i phoned up to request an invoice profs for GST purposes and the employer on the other end (Will his name was) was on it and sent the invoice to my email in less than a minute after the phone call i had. Highly recommend this company , safe quick and hassle free.

I needed a pair of high-end binoculars. ChatGPT gave me 3 or 4 options and 3 or 4 quality sellers. I chose Clifton as they had a great a website and the online chat was quick and knowledgable and reverted quickly re a a little black friday deal. Bino's arrived quickly and seamlessly via DPD. I had a minor query down to my lack of knowledge and my email was answered by Estelle within an hour. [I had sent a query a week ago to LCE as they have a local store and I would have preferred to see the binos before buying .... still waiting a reponse] Highly recommend Clifton.

Gear ordered Wednesday, delivered Friday and exactly as described. Very competitive price for the Canon EF 2x Extender. Very pleased with every aspect of the transaction.

The purchase of a new Mirrorless Camera and accessories was quite easy and friendly by way of the Chat box, not my preferred method if I am honest. The sales assistant Estelle was friendly and very helpful in answering my queries, questions and sending emails etc until the purchase was complete. I have used Clifton Cameras in the past but not on a major purchase. I have no reservations about awarding them 5stars.

I recently purchased a lens from Clifton Cameras and had it shipped all the way to Australia. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. This company has the best customer service I have come across in my many years of photography. Always polite, respectful, honest and very helpful, and human. The website is easy to navigate which is great for me as I am getting older, goods arrive well packed and on time. What more can I say!!! I wish them all the best for the future. I attended the store to complete my part exchange as I live within a few miles.
Found the staff treated me with not only respect but were helpful to show me what ever I asked to see. The price offered via online quote was increased when they inspected and checked the camera which others have not in the past.After sales service was also very good when I enquired about a slight issue and rectified over the phone promptly.

This was my third purchase from Clifton Cameras and I haven't been disappointed. The first two occasions were straightforward web sales which didn't involve any salesperson intervention. My third purchase however involved a trade-in. I was more than surprised by the final quote I received which was better than the initial quote. Needless to say I accepted the offer and duly purchased another item. The whole process of initial quote, to arranging collection, to returning item back to Clifton Cameras, to assessment and offer was completed in just over a day. Impressive! what's more, the item was dispatched the same day.
The Used equipment team at Clifton Cameras were very courteous, helpful, knowledgable and worked as a team.
I can certainly recommend Clifton Cameras. Admittedly they cannot carry every item of photographic equipment but I'm sure they could get something if you asked.
