Waited for another two weeks, called them and guess what?-They haven't received my visa scan))). Been told to go to the bank again to do the same i done twice already, after that to wait for another 4 weeks!!! No, thank you. There are lots of other banks... Lloyds Business banking cant show payments leaving our account and into another account.

Unbelievable bad bank. We used to bank with them and left due to lots of issues. We had any agency worker commit timesheet fraud on our account. The police need evidence of the money going from our account into their account. But as we use bulk payments I had to ring. number, they sent me into a branch, they told me to email commercial services, after 2 weeks of chasing, they told me to call 03453000116, that team told me to call 0345 6015585, they have now told me to call a relationship advisor. This is the exact same reason why we left. We have now had to go back to the police and let them know that Lloyds Business banking cant show payments leaving our account and into another account.

Absolutely criminal!

I’m currently on the phone having had an Amazon payment - which I’ve made circa 50 times before but this one gets flagged for fraud, no problem just give them a call and they’ll sort it out……..

Been on the phone FOR AN HOUR AND 10 MINUTES and not even spoken to the fraud team yet! I’ve spent over 6 hours on the phone over the last month.

Lloyds, you’re outdated, unable to keep up with the times and quite frankly appalling, after 10 years with you I’m off to Monzo who I’ve used for 5 years and are genuinely incredible!

Seeeeeeee Yaaaaaaaa Lloyds!

Raging

Raging:
1 they closed my business account without telling me. ( that's another story when I was calling customer service about it when I told the lady that I am an existing customer she started to scream "don't you swear at me" Well lady.. If existing customer is a swear word for you, you really need to change your job)
2 They issued a check to my business name without asking what should they do with the balance left.
3 I needed the money urgently. Couldn't cash it in online as the amount is too big. Had to take time off from work because the branch is only open Monday to Friday till 3.30pm.
4. Still couldn't cash it in because it was issued to my business name. And they couldn't sort it in the branch I had to call them again. Took another 2 calls 1.5 hrs of my life.

Will be taking my personal account away as well..

Useless customer services…

Useless customer services, ive been a lloyds customer for at least 30 years, when dealing with my compaint they phoned up after a text message saying their going to phone, i missed this call so rang the number they supplied which took me to barclays credit card fraud team for some reason, they phoned again the following day then hung up just as i answered, i phoned a customer services number from the internet, gave them the name of the handler of my complaint and they tried to put me through to her but no answer so they sent her an email and told me she would phone back, three times this happened and no return call, then 3 days later i receive a letter saying that because they couldnt get hold of me they have refused my complaint and told me to sort it out with the financial ombudsman, very poor service and i feel very poorly treated am now looking to move my accounts

Margaret from fraudline is beyond rude to customers. No wonder Lloyds have only got bad reviews if they employee people like her

Needed to transfer 1k to my sister and had to call fraud line. Understandable but the call handler, Margaret was damnit right rude because I asked a question about what she was asking me for. Instead of just politely explaining to me, she became arrogant. Sorry am I not allowed to ask Question about something and not be treated like I’ve done something wrong. So she didn’t like it when I became arrogant back to her. I asked for her name near the end and she just said ‘I told you at the beginning’ she could of just said her name instead of being rude. Train your staff empathy Lloyds. No wonder there’s loads of complaints on here if they’re getting people like Margaret handling their calls

42 years and I'm off.

42 years of personal and 22 years of business banking with Lloyds and I'm leaving them along with my 7 various accounts. Spent over 12 hours over the last 8 days trying to speak to someone about a block on an account preventing me from transferring money..... it's a 1 minute call if you can speak with someone, but the soul destroying queueing/routing/transferring/losing you in the system has made me too angry to even talk about. Quite simply the most incompetent and incapable bank there is. If you don't like hassle then these clowns are to be avoided at all costs.

Two and a half hours to contact the…

Three hours to contact the fraud helpline and still waiting. Made worse as they requested the contact to confirm a money transfer request between Lloyds and Halifax accounts (both owned by Lloyds). They have told me I am moving up the queue hundreds of times on this call - either they have huge number of fraud calls or don't take fraud seriously and staff the help line effectively, which one is worse?

This Bank has to be the worst bank ever…

This Bank has to be the worst bank ever to set up business. I Have yet to contact this bank for any reason AND NOT HAVE AN MULTIPUL ISSUES. I used to have a mortgage with The Cheltenham and Gloucester BS which was swallowed up by Lloyds and I still remember the concern I felt the day of the announcement. A simple mortgage advance took forever to complete and the advisor was as much use as chocolate teapot. I ended up doing all the contacting to ensure I finally received the money. I have a credit card with Lloyds I NEVER get online access without having to go through security and UPDATE details. I EVEN RESORTED to writing down my access details and putting the information on my notice board, STILL I failed to get online access...
So today I finally decided to cancel my card account.. 40 minutes 5 phone calls and the customer service rep constantly talking over me.. Is it any wonder people get ABSOLUTLEY FRUSTRATED What a JOKE!

Utterly horrendous Merchant Service…

Utterly horrendous Merchant Service provider, Infact possibly the worst we have ever used in our 27 years in business. No personnel touch at all you are simply a number to them. My advice would be go with a smaller independent merchant provider that can offer a service.
