My first replacement, I was shocked to see a smaller toner unit (I thought not fitting and incorrect toner) I called for assistance and was guided to exchange the toner cartridge to the base. All is good and the representative was very patient. Thanks

I called Thursday, Feb 29 to request a return for wrong product shipped to me. Customer service rep was polite but VERY difficult to understand; she promised to send me an email detailing return procedure together with a return label for shipping, but I never received either. Went to your website and sent an email with same infor but no response from that either. So you "customer service second to none" doesn't even rate. --really unhappy camper who will never order from you again.

The leaking cartridge was replaced quickly.

I have an older printer and the manufacturer quit carrying ink cartridges. I've have gotten refills from Clickinks for several years.

Lots of feedback and delivered when promised

I couldn't find the toner I needed until I tried your website. The price was fair and I ordered it on a Sat. night. The delivery was made on Tue. morning so it was very quick. I would suggest that you check other delivery companies other than FedX. Normally all deliveries are made to our porch. We went out for a short walk as it started to rain and found the toner box in the front ditch 10-12 from the driveway and over 100' from the porch. The deliver confirmation photo showed a closeup of the label but no background. When the rain started shortly thereafter the package would have been ruined if not found. We have complained to FedX. I have a pic of it in the ditch. Not your fault in any way.

It was easy to find the product I needed. I will have to give a follow up report one I receive it (hopefully in a timely manner).

Ordered the ink, easy to use and received quickly

The cartridges were overloaded with ink. My hands still have large black ink spots. Otherwise they worked well o a test print.

The website is easy to use and to look up the part numbers and then entering the order with a couple of strokes. It is import to me and I think to all that the ordering process is quick and easy. So I am a regular customer
