Scammers scammers and scammers claiming to be a travel agent. Please refund me my money ASAP before I will you a bloody thunderstorms

I am still on the fence about whether this is actually a fraudulent company or not, but the way that they handled themselves left me with no trust whatsoever. Completely unprofessional from start to finish.

After paying more than £1500 for flights over the phone, no confirmation email was sent. After pressing them for this, a shoddy, typed up and highlighted email was sent with absolutely no information concerning our actual ticket. A couple of months go by and we still had nothing to show for our money. I called up several times, obviously concerned, and they were rude, obnoxious, passed me around to different people, made excuses for their managers, kept swearing and being argumentative. In the end we managed to get a hold of our tickets by repeated calling and checking with the airline. It was not easy and spending hours on the phone on hold, or being shouted at was not idea.

Nothing about this company was a pleasant experience. They have several other companies under different names and seem to be operating a very sketchy service. Do not use.

My girlfriend and I purchased long haul flights from this company for reasonable sum of money. Following the initial purchase they sent us a very amateurish looking email with our confirmation explaining that we would receive our tickets in a few months. We waited but did not receive this and then despite multiple emails enquiring about our tickets they did not reply. Further to this we had multiple phone conversations where we were passed from employee to employee, all seemingly not knowing what was happening, all promising callbacks/emails/confirmation codes that never came and in some cases being verbally abusive and swearing at us.

In the end we had to call the flight company ourselves (twice as the first time clickaflight didn't give us the correct confirmation code to enquire about the flights).

In summary, the flights were marginally cheaper however this does not make up for the complete lack of communication, customer service and professionalism that should be mandatory in a company handling such large amounts of money at a time. Next time I will be paying that bit extra to avoid this company and I suggest you do too!!

Direct flights from Gatwick to McCarran Vegas & back were half price compared to our previous 2 visits to Las Vegas with Virgin Atlantic with the usual high standard of service... Thanks clickaflight, our holiday was perfect!!

I called clickaflight for a price to fly to Dubai from manchester.. The staff where very helpful and got me a great deal to fly the following week. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who is looking for flight deals.. Thanks Clickaflight.
