This is the latest I have written to Cleverbridge and I got an immediate response.
Cleverbridge then, according to them, sends it on to AVIRA, but as you can see from miirostrik, absolutely nothing happens.
You are sent back and forth until one of you gives up, and that should be the customer, at least that's how I feel.

No I haven't heard from Avira, it's very frustrating.
You can only write to Avira on their website if you are logged in, it's very difficult when I don't get a text message on my phone it worked in 2024, I got a text message there. I won't get that anymore, if the problem can't be solved I would like my money back.

No I haven't heard from Avira, it's very frustrating.
You can only write to Avira on their website if you are logged in, it's very difficult when I don't get a text message on my phone it worked in 2024, I got a text message there. I won't get that anymore, if the problem can't be solved I would like my money back.

Since I don't get a code via SMS, I've tried logging in with my Google account, when I'm logged in, I can only see my free Avira antivirus, not my paid PRIME, I hope the problem can be solved.

This is an update to the review I posted below. Based upon the reply I received from Cleverbridge, I am pleased that logic and common sense prevailed. However, when i searched for CCLeaner, I was brought to Cleverbridge which led to my total frustration since there is no phone to call, only AI type Q&A and a form you have to fill out for consideration; also noting they they do not refund the existing charge which was a renewal I never authorized. They do not warn you of the renewal date on purpose in hopes that they can zap you with an annual charge before you can cancel. Their should be a Consumer Rights law requiring notification before renewal. Little did I know that Cleverbridge manages renewals for Piriform which is the company who produces CCleaner, which makes it difficult on where to get support. So, although I am pleased that they committed a refund, my 1-Star review still stands due to the complexity of something which could be handled by a simple 5-minute phone call with a real Human. THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION DURING MY WILD GOOSE CHANCE TO FIND SUPPORT.
5-Star KUDOS to Trustpilot for allowing Consumers a tool to vent their frustrations with companies who create layers between the customer and the company. THANK YOU Trustpilot!!!

This company has the absolute worst Customer Service. They automatically renewed my subscription without any prior notice. There is no way to contact them by phone. All they offer are topics, which will take a lot of your time to fill out a request form, which they will review and decide what to do. They have no regard for customers and make it VERY difficult to get a refund on a product I do not use. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING FRUSTRATED.

Menandro was a great help. Very friendly and professional I'd ordered software by mistake and he was very understanding and sorted out my refund the same day.
Cleverbride stole $97.39
I purchased a renewal of Piriform CCleaner for $24.95.
I then noticed a withdrawal from my debit card for $97.39. Looking at the Cleverbridge site listing of all my Cleverbridge purchases for the past 5 years no charges were listed for $97.39. I cancelled the $24.95 cancelling my renewal of CCleaner which is a really good software for keeping updated programs. It is a 5. Cleverbridge is a 0 and cannot be trusted. They tried to hide the $97.39 which depleted my checking account almost entirely-I'm not rich. Of course they cancelled the purchase, but it caused me not to have money to pay off a Bass Pro Credit card and that cost me $23 in fees. It is all recorded on my USAA bank records.
