I got the honor to deal with Francesca, she was amazing with super fast responses and such a great and professional help, i had lots of doubts but she helped me through the whole process and in less than half an hour I could get everything I wanted with insurance and everything, I heard about clements from a friend and i can only agree with him of how great the customer service with you is specially Francesca made it even better, i am thankful for everything and hopefully I always renew the insurance with you (hopefully driving safely and never actually needing it)

Doesn't ANSWER THE PHONE
The Germany office doesn't answer the phone! For a company that prides itself in working with service members. They are surely hard to get in contact with, especially after paying them. It puts everything behind. The U.S office always answers but has no access to help abroad, which also makes no sense. There should be several avenues for help. Would not recommend if you're stationed overseas looking for car insurance!!

Make sure you continually restate any tricky details
Agent did not recall info sent in an earlier email, which is only human. However the agency did not really make good on the error. I'm the little guy, Gallagher is the big guy. Hopefully we can have better relations in the future.

Francesca was exceptional
Francesca was exceptional! Due to an error in a policy transfer on the car on the old insurance the new policy needed to be redone. Francesca worked with the underwriter to get the issue resolved and issue a new policy while being able to obtain a full credit on the cancelled policy. As they say in the US Navy: Bravo Zulu!
