Late husband had planned layout for my kitchen but ill health prevented the work being done.
Explained layout we had in mind.
Design folk looked, gave me a different plan that completely missed out the big double door fridge-freezer though my husband’s plan included it. They also dissed cupboards that had a hardboard backing, saying it wouldn’t last. Hmm.. My kitchen has a hardboard backing and is still intact after the forty years I’ve been living here.
My proposed door colours of Navy and White were ‘revised’ to camel :(
I think they forgot it was my kitchen.
Price quoted, even with discount, was high in comparison with other kitchen companies.
PS If you have an indoor cat. Beware. Even though I told them that doors have to be kept shut, discovered after they’d gone, that both bathroom door and window were open. By all good fortune, cat was sleeping soundly elsewhere in the house.
That awful heart drop moment of "Has she got out?” coupled with high price of a layout that forgot my fridge, was more than enough to make my mind up.
Emailed to say I would not be using this company.
Never received a reply.

Excellent after sales support.
I had an issue with a bathroom utility unit and when I called Clearwater, Kelly got me sorted by ordering a replacement part from the manufacturer and scheduled fitting within a few days.

Avoid at all costs, would be zero if that was an option.
If you haven't signed yet, don't, if you have an you are within 14 days, cancel.
Salesman Bobby lied to us re the quality of their kitchen products, talked us in to replacing our kitchen and granite worktops, rather than just replacing the doors to get a sale. Told us our new kitchen would be £27k but we could get it for £14k if we agreed to before and after photos, did the hard sell, must sign today etc etc. Now I know why you have to pay in full upfront, as nobody would pay the reduced price never mind the full price when they see the end product, cheap chipboard worktops with iron on ends. We would never have agreed to remove our granite if we had been shown the actual products at point of sale, all Bobby showed us was a colour swatch. After the installation I immediately complained, the sales manager John came out with Bobby to see us, John himself said he was surprised when he saw we were replacing granite, but ultimately said we got what we signed for on the contract, if we wanted it changed to quartz we had to pay another £2k. I offered to meet them in the middle as I accepted some responsibility, we should have insisted on seeing proper samples before signing up, we made the huge mistake of trusting Bobby, who advised us that the new worktops would be "amazing, sleek, compact, look amazing, scratch proof, stain & heat resistant, nothing like the old type laminate worktops etc etc" which is exactly what we got, cheap laminate & chipboard, installed with a scratch.
After months of to & fro we eventually got the worktop replaced, again with cheap laminate, this time with a fly impregnated in it. Again they refused to change the worktop for a better quality. I wanted to speak to someone higher than John the sales manager & Kelly the after sales manager but was refused, apparently the director Alan MacMillan was aware of all of our issues and he also thought just replacing the worktop again was acceptable. The whole experience dealing with this company has been awful, so stressful and I would hate for others to experience this nightmare after spending £15k on a supposed "high quality kitchen" and only getting budget quality. Needless to say there has been no before & after pictures shown on their website, as most people would agree my before was better than the after.

Just had my bathroom totally refitted and pleased with the results. Robert the surveyor was very knowledgable and the fitters Robbie & Stevie did a super job,including lovely tiling and new flooring. Nice guys and very helpful. A slight issue in that the wrong wash hand basin arrived but this was quickly resolved with the help of Kelly in the office who had kept in contact throughout. The day after fitting was complete all the old fixtures & waste materials were uplifted. Quality materials and a top quality finish.

From initial approach, planning and survey right through to the fitting of the bathroom was a great experience.
The job was completed in 2 days although we were told they had given it a week. The place was left very tidy at night the quality and workmanship was first class
Many thanks to Kaleigh in the office and to the to fitters Robbie and Stevie who carried out the work. First class job extremely satisfied with our decision to get Clearwater to do our install.

Delighted with our new bathroom and renovated kitchen.
Everyone involved from the planning, survey and installation worked to a very high standard.
Special mention to Kelly for dealing with any questions and minor problems quickly and efficiently.

Tap on our shower broke and I contacted Kelly from Clearwater. Kelly was fantastic ordered up the new part kept me informed through emails. The new part was sent to my home and shower is now sorted. Thank you Kelly for your first class Customer Service.

Came home from holiday to our new bathroom. We were delighted when we opened the bathroom door and seen the new installation. What a great job the install team have done. The attention to detail and the finish are great. I can't name all the team as we were away during the install but thanks to Robbie and the others.
We are pleased we took our time with Ricky to design the bathroom, his experience and advice has proved invaluable,as the end result is superb.
We would reccomend Clearwater to anyone.

The quality of the kitchen is excellent and finished to a very high standard.
We are very pleased with the finished result and would be happy to recommend this company and have the team back in our home again.

The ordeal lasted for six months. After a year plus still having trouble with a horrible job - £31,000 worth kitchen, utility and bathroom: 35 substandard elements were identified by the Ombudsman’s surveyor (a Professor of Engineering at Newcastle University). Struggled for six months to get them to partially fix some of the faults. They never compensated or offered an apology. Now we are considering to take legal action against them.
PS. Without our neighbours kindness and hospitality things would have been much worse!

Thank you to the Clearwater team (Ricky, Kelly, Robert, Robbie and Stevie) for a super job in redesigning and fitting my new bathroom. The team were helpful through every step of the process which was great. The level of customer service and attention to detail was also excellent as was the quality of the fitting and clearing up after the job was complete.

Had a new kitchen fitted by Clearwater over 1 year ago. Unfortunately some of the painted doors started to chip. Contacted Kelly who spoke to the manufactures new doors replaced without any trouble , thanks again Kelly for your customer service

Everyone who was involved in the design and fitting of my kitchen were fanastic. From Norman who helped with the design of the kitchen, right through to Joey and Steveo the kitchen fitters and the plummer (Graeme) and Geordie the electrician. They were all polite, courteous and very professional. My kitchen is beautiful and everything was left spotless.

Just had my bathroom fitted by this company I would highly recommend them very professional from start to finish Robbie and Steve the fitter were amazing their dedication and professionalism was exemplary two very hard working young men they are a credit to the company I have nothing negative to say we were treated extremely well from start to finish five stars form us we love our bathroom

From the first consultation for a new bathroom, to planning to the fit, the Clearwater team were great, as are the products they use. Kelly was excellent and organising and managing a schedule that was fast and efficient. The fitters (Csaba and Tebor) were exceptional: they worked incredibly hard, were respectful and tidy. Their work was professional and precise. I would highly recommend them.

Clearwater were fantastic my bathroom cost a lot of money but I must say Kelly was great and Graeme and Scott worked extremely hard for 5 days to give me a bathroom fit for a hotel

This is probably the worst kitchen fitting company in the UK! Zero customer services and refuse to rectify their sub standard work, never use this Company!!

Having used Clearwater in the past and been happy we decided to use them again to refit out daughters kitchen.

There was a couple of minor issues that were sorted out quickly thanks to Kelly

We also want to give a special thanks to Bobby who somehow managed to design a kitchen that has more storage but looks more spacious than before.

Here's hoping our daughter learns how to cook and invites us round for supper.
