The entire encounter more than deserves the highest rating. Like many places, customer/patient service is critical as we can choose to go anywhere. My experience over half a dozen appointments is nothing short of full marks --- but why? Well from their reception where it all starts there is a caring gentle approach, appointments are available, the ladies of the reception desk remember you, your name and your concerns, assist with your coverage and send out reminders of your appointments. Once this has happened, you may meet the Hygienist who will explain your situation and their plan to help get you back on track. Then the doctor also informs you of your situation and what they advise, and if you are like me and have many issues they will start with those of most importance. With their up to date technology they will take pictures, and display on screen so that you can see what they are speaking about, to be clear I probably like most people hate going to the dentist, however with their gentle approach and skilled hands they will help you form a different opinion and get you biting and smiling again, these folks care, and will help you care for yourself as well... fantastic job and those of you reading this, I believe you will find a great care giving place and it's all just a call away, do yourself some justice and go see what I am talking about.
