Clear pay makes it so easy to pay for something in instalments...you dont notice the payments , so simply to use.

Frozen my account for no reason was actually weeks ahead in payments had the account for years asked send in id forms 2 weeks later still no updates rubbish customer services put me off the company all together

I have used Clearpay for a number of years now
And have always paid what I owe . Sometimes well before the payment date. I am astonished that they suddenly dropped my spending amount from £1000 to £100. I asked why - Oh contact Trans Union they said?
I will pay off my debt and then cancel my account !

UPDATE - Your chat app has no idea what i want and considering YOU have asked me to contact YOU then that’s quite frustrating

So eventually I get a reply from the app which just tells me the same old thing - so I sent an email asking how long I had been a customer and how many times they get a check from Transunion (bear in mind I had £1000 for a number of years? They sent back a blank email - so this is the sort of customer service I get - very disappointing

Awful experience with just eat gift card i ordered a just eat gift card then recieved an email informing me ive recieved a gift card ftom ( BLACKHAWK) And not the usual company prezzie i tried to redeem this ftom blackhaek and got an error message informing me my gift card details could not be retrieved and a number to call i called the number and was in a queue for over 2.5 hours just to be told domeone would investigate and call me back ...but there was no delay from clearpay in taking money i dont know why this gift card was sullpied from a company called blackhawk and not the usual provider prezzie whom ive never had any issues and when i contact clearpay support i got a representatibe who could not even pronounce my name properly and was unable to help me ..it has been a mentally exhausting process and very poor service from clearpay

First time I have used anything like this and I pleased I found it.
The company reminds me when payment is due, so funds can be paid. I have had no problem with this company at all. All in all I found it easy.

Clearpay seem to think its okay for customers to have to sit on hold to black hawk for 2 hours to get a gift card theyve already paid for. Unacceptable.

Makes paying easier. Fair and easy to use. A few options and a great amount of retailers. Would recommend to anyone wanting a bit of help with buying and paying off. Big thumbs up!

Clearpay will wash their hands of you if there is a problem with your merchant. I have been mis-sold an item. The merchant simply lied to Clearpay and they have accepted their side without even allowing me to refute it. The call centres are so noisy it is impossible to hear and the employees are clearly working off a questionnaire and have no actual understanding of the situation. Use Klarna instead. They listen and resolve issues. Clearpay use a financial loophole to evade culpability. If you have something good to say, that’s because you haven’t needed their help yet. When you do, they will let you down.
EDIT: this response is just another Clearpay attempt to present as trustworthy when they are not. One reason I know Clearpay is dishonest is that when they sent me a dispute decision that confirmed they believed the scammer and not my actual evidence, the details were in the tiniest font I have ever seen and at the foot of pages of this tiny print was a highlighted “accept” box. I nearly clicked on it but realised just in time that would legally mean I agreed I was in the wrong. This is what’s known as DARK PATTERNS and is used by companies trying to bamboozle customers into making mistakes. So I know exactly what kind of company Clearpay is and I would urge anyone reading this not to use them. And if anyone from Clearpay is reading this, do not insult my intelligence by pretending you are anything other than the nest of thieves that we both know you are.

Clear pay are ok when taking money but when it comes to refunds it’s a challenge. They received my refund two weeks ago and l am still waiting for my refund from clear pay and they seem to be refunding but by bit which s very frustrating as they received full refund but now refunding me bit by bit.

Easy and pleasant experience

Brilliant fast service

I’ve been a customer of Clearpay uk for many years years.
I’ve been very loyal and a good paying customer.
I’ve always paid on time or early.
Recently the company ask me to upload my details to verify myself again.
I did this and three days later they asked me to upload my details again.
This has happened four times already.‘I’ve spoken to customer service support numerous times and they promise to solve the problem.
But they just send me another email days later to verify myself yet again.
Why do they keep asking me relentlessly for my details.
This has been going on for five weeks now and still no resolution.
What is happening with this company.
Are they going bankrupt or what ?.
I’d just like someone to resolve this issue instead of making it worse.

The company contacted me asking that I go online in the app.
They’re asking me the same thing again, to submit proof of my identity by way of driving license or passport.
I’ve already submitted these 4 times, now they’re asking again.
They’re just not interested in resolving this.
Is that how they treat good paying customers ?
What is wrong with this company ?
You can’t even speak to a manager ?.
Why don’t they assign you to a case worker, instead of just talking to anyone who answers the phone.
This is totally out of order, to treat good customers like this , it’s been 5 weeks already, how much longer will it be ??
