Absolutely first class service

I am extremely disappointed regarding my experience with Clearpay.

My correspondence was repeatedly misunderstood, despite my making clear what I was actually asking about. When I raised a formal complaint about how the matter had been handled, the responses continued to focus on an issue that was not the subject of my complaint.

The communication was disjointed, repetitive and stressful. Different representatives appeared not to read or properly acknowledge the previous messages. I repeatedly asked for my actual complaint to be addressed, but it was not handled clearly or consistently.

Although Clearpay eventually apologised generally for the way its team handled the correspondence, the response still did not properly address the substance of my complaint.

I expect a company to read, comprehend and accurately respond to what its customer has written. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I am very discontented with the way Clearpay handled my complaint.

Clear instructions, ease of use and flexibility. Great service.

Terrible customer services, they have not given me ANY help in resolving a purchase which was not as advertised. Once they have their money they don't care. I've been messed about by Clear pay as each time I contact customer help they want me to start the complaint all over again from scratch! I've sent them photos and documents, which they are still asking for , even after they've all been sent . NEVER AGAIN will I deal with CLEARPAY

Easy to use and understand . But why keep reducing my spend limit when I pay on time and often pay in advance of the installment date?

Disguated with them, over 5 hours on phone yesterday and problem still not sorted, they are useless, customer service us 0.ALl i wanted to do was register my new card, god knows what lt would b like if i asked them a hard question. Telling me lies that they are a manager when not, contradictory information; ignoring me, interupting, disgusting, my son got same treatment as me, ine person everson told my son theres a problem there end, everyone else said no problem, everson said if any late fees i wouldnt have to pay,so hes lied, i have 9 chronic illnesses and my health has deteriorated badly now because of it, still not sorted, i spoke to eola,helana, samantha, jane, eroyl,and 3 or 4 other supposed customer service agents, id b better iff banging my head in a brick wall get more sense, the wall might actualy listen to me, im upset, had panic attacks, stammering issues, bad nerve pain, ibs, migranes, no empathy nothing.

Easy to use website. Great to be able to spread payments over 3, gives ability to keep an eye on monthly expenditure. Never take payment without prior notification AND never take payments days earlier each month.

The account was working properly since 2021
On 29th July I raised a complain to customer services, because I am not happy to keep asking for ID.
Also the payment plan is in 2 monthly stallments, because every 2 weeks there is payment due.
However, After exchanging emails. Today 17-08-2026 I received an email from someone called ( Samaritans) tells me that after fully investigating { unfortunately the information you've given me doesn't match any accounts. Can you please check the information that you provided} This is show either there is no investigation or the guy was drunk.
I think closing the account is the best option for piece of mind. BYE

I have never had an issues using Clearpay, it works, its a great way to spread out purchases into more manageable chunks. I have used it for things like Asda Groceries shopping, birthday presents, anything really.
The only grip I do have, is that it would be nice to have an shop Anywhere feature, similar to how Zilch do. But otherwise you are tied into the business that accept Clearpay and are on their portfolio.

Great service can’t recommend enough pay in 4 with no interest is a no brainer
