Avoid!!!
I’m genuinely disappointed with this company and wouldn’t recommend. The third delivery in a row, my order failed to arrive on time, and the lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating. Each time, I was left completely unsure whether the delivery was even coming, which made it impossible to plan meals or shop properly and I was left without meals. When you’re paying for a food service, this level of uncertainty is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, I found a long hair in one of the meals. I had it ready to return to the driver, but once again there was a no‑show. For a company handling food, this is a serious quality issue.
After repeated delivery failures, poor communication, and a hygiene concern, I decided to cut my losses and not have any more hassle of sitting up waiting for them not to arrive. It’s a real shame, especially as the service came recommended but the overall experience has been abysmal. Save your money as they don’t offer refunds - other than offering to refund the one meal with a hair in which is an insult.
