Although the item I ordered wasn't the correct one (my fault), Cole provided excellent customer service throughout. I will look to CleanFreak for my future parts and accessories needs.

It took less than two hours from my initial phone call to receive a quote, submit a tax exempt form, have that form go to their accounting, receive an updated quote and order the items I needed. Cole, who answered my call, was fantastic - and fast! I greatly appreciated his help.

They had many different varieties of machines to choose from I found one that fit my need also that from the time I ordered to the time I got the package delivered to my house was a very short turnaround quick delivery and I need it this machine quickly the price was compatible to other companies and I'm just totally satisfied and happy that we was able to get the machine we needed at the price we can afford in a timely manner this is not the first time I dealt with clean freak I have gotten stuff from them before and the results was also great then too when I need something else I will be going back to their website thank you clean freak

The unit I purchased arrived damaged. Kathryn MacLane from CleanFreak customer service was extremely prompt and communicated clearly to replace the unit within a week from my claim. It was customer service as it should be - excellent! Thanks!

Received the vacuum, extra bags & replacement HEPA filter undamaged & as indicated on website. Vacuum came with great instructions on use, maintenance & fitting backpack straps. The bags seem a little small but they are effective at keeping the dirt contained. The vacuum feels lighter than I thought it would & the straps distribute the weight securely & effectively. The mesh accessory bag is fantastic to hold everything & the "pest" attachments are great for getting under appliances, in vents & other tight spaces. The carpet/floor attachment doesn't work as well as expected.
