I've lost nearly £500 with this scam…

I've lost nearly £500 with this scam company. PLEASE DO NOT USE. they are an absolute disgrace. No way to contact them, they never get back to you. I cancelled 10 minutes after taking policy out- there's a 14 day cooling off period- they ignored me for the whole 2 weeks then said they couldn't refund me. Charged me £50 for a minute long conversation on the phone. Absolute SCAM. So outraged and disgusted.

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company. Charged me £499 despite quoting me £89 then do not do anything. I've been well and truly scammed here. Can't get in touch with customer support through email, phone or otherwise. Their website lies - states 24 hour response time and live and immediate phone support. I am yet to receive anything. This has been going on since MARCH!!!! This whole ordeal has had a major impact on my mental health and I have had to be off work for stress and anxiety due to this. I hope this company is happy with pushing me to the edge.

Avoid at all costs. Do not make the same mistake as me. This company should be shut down!

Painful and stressful 2 years!

Painful and stressful 2 years!! I have only given a rating of 1 star because I couldn't rate a 0.
The whole process with clean break, their affiliate companies managed divorce and endeavour law have exhasbirated an already stressful divorce. I am at the point of cutting my losses to move forward in my own.
You should be ashamed!

Painful 4 months waiting!

Painful! Allow 4 months waiting!
Slow and painful, expect this company alone to delay the process 3 to 6 months.

Tip 1: If your awaiting documents see if your credit card company will raise a CHARGE BACK. (Mine would & worked) but once you have something your screwed even if it's wrong. So maybe don't warn them 1st.
Tip 2: Consider giving up (seriously, unless you have time to wait) but they are cheep especially clean-break.co.uk (same company)
Tip 3: Add reviews everywhere (you can see they do to counter act this)
Tip 4: Make a data subject request (GDPR). They will ignore it and then you can get IOC to chase them. (The more cases the more trouble with the IOC they have, they log most calls and there are the original documents too.

Mine took 4 months pure waiting time to get all the paperwork off them in the end.

13 Week wait: Have clean break paperwork I've been waiting for for 6 weeks (they quote 7-21 days). Some staff are unaware of complaints procedure (just refund). The killer is this "Please note that while a complaint is being investigated no work will continue on your account" clearly an attempt to hinder the process (but they do nothing anyway).
I've not had a email or callback they agreed to 5 times all failed to happen.
All I wanted was an ETA that is not unreasonable.
This is did result in delaying my remortgage and I'm paying higher mortgage rates hundreds a month and they don't care.

Partly Resolved week 6 as credit card agreed to refund and used that to get everything resolved within the hour.

But there were errors and now 13 weeks in back to the previous disaster

DO NOT USE OR LOSE £100

Do not use this unless you have every bit of financial information available for you and your ex. Firstly my partner was advised to do this by Quickie Divorce who by the way also own this company. You have to pay £100 before you can log into the site. Once you log in basically whether you use the service or not you have just lost £100 as they say in their Terms that you have unsealed the software and therefore using it. Am ex IT and know this is rubbish but as it's in their terms they have you over a barrel. What they do not tell you before you take this service is how much detail is needed. You need to know everything about you and your ex in relation to bank accounts, savings, pensions, pension values, assets, property values etc. etc. and the list goes on and on. As soon as my partner saw this she knew that there would be no chance of getting this information and asked to cancel the service which they state can be done in the first 14 days. However because you have logged in they say that you are using the service and therefore cannot cancel even though all you have done is look at the information they require. Divorce is stressful at the best of times and this has upset my partner alot and £100 is a lot for us. So PLEASE if you have money concerns use a Solicitor and do NOT go near this service. It will cause you stress and upset during a time you really don't need it. STAY AWAY from this site. I have warned you from a very bad experience.
