This is a total SCAM
This is a total SCAM. Paid extra for express shipping and still took over 3 weeks. Then this pillow is not even close to what they advertised it as. It is meant to be a memory foam ergonomic pillow and I got a basic pillow that has the same stuffing as inside a soft toy no memory foam at all. Have contacted the seller and no response

Purchased a duo pack of ergonomic pillows for £72. Took over 2 weeks to arrive, and when it did the items weren’t even the same items as advertised. Instead I received the cheapest memory foam pillows you could think of, terrible quality, so soft that it collapsed when prodding gently without returning to shape. The pillow case was also a different colour, and cheap material. When I wrote to the company, they responded within 48 hours stating that the new pillow was their new “improved” product. I asked for a full refund instead under their “30 day guarantee”. I have not heard from them since! This is a scam website which is to be avoided at all costs!
