I mean the product and evrything is according to what the website suggests and all criteria are met, but when I opened an 2016/17 PSG Nike track jacket I was disappointed proabably because of elevated expectations but I am not happy with the money spent, especially including that I grew up in that time. Really dissapointing but they met the criteria boxes that they offer. I find it misleading that an 2016/17 item is an vintage but okay then. I’ll live with it I guess

The real size for the Real Madrid 2000 season away shirt is wider than expected. It should be M size but is quite large. How could I manage the replacement by a S size?

The return options are far too easy to accidentally select as “washed.” Once you choose the wrong option, that’s it — there’s no way to change your selection or proceed with the return. Customer service is also unable to deal with requests promptly. It’s already been 10 days. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Starting with the negatives, the tracking system was completely wonky. My package wasn't tracked for a long time, and it was delivered today when I least expected it. The jersey itself had minor issues. The name print on the back had little creases. Other than that, it was good

Good quality products delivered earlier than predicted to

Have bought quite a few jerseys from this store with no issue but quality control is slipping as they get bigger. Recently paid a premium price for a fake jersey - a pretty convincing fake, but a fake nonetheless. Customer service stuffed me around for weeks asking me to take various photos only to gaslight me and “confirm” it is authentic. After all, what would I know - I’m only a collector with 1,000+ jerseys and two legit versions of the exact same “authentic” jersey they sold me. Fool me once… would not shop here again.

[PS the Thais know how to do counterfeit tags and product code just as well as they do counterfeit jerseys. There’s literally people on Reddit saying they bought the same jersey from a market in Bangkok]
