I cannot fault this company with the level of service and quality products. Unfortunately there was an issue with the courier delivering my parcel, which wasn’t the suppliers fault. But they was quick to resolve this for me and got another parcel sent out straight away so I received in time. Would highly recommend and will be using again for future purchases, thank you!

Had a little issue with footmuff I purchased from Claire De Lune via Argos website. Contacted Argos who advised me to contact CDL direct for reference number in order for Argos ti replace! Unfortunately, Argos customer service is not a patch on Robyn, Jesse and Chloe at Claire De Lune! Efficient, proffessional, friendly and polite! Well done ladies, and THANK YOU for resolving this issue. Have used CDL products for my sons and now for my grandchildren so to me, that speaks for itself!

Unfortunately I was delivered the wrong colour item but after contact with customer service, I was very quickly sent the correct colour. Very helpful and prompt service

Issue was resolved almost immediately and Robyn was more than happy to help!

I purchased a foot muff for my daughter’s pushchair which I had to wait about a month for delivery not a problem as it wasn’t needed straight away, it arrived beautifully packaged but it had a musty smell so I washed it thinking it might have the packaging that made it smell, this didn’t help as it was still there so much so that my daughter won’t use it, I can’t blame her, so its just sat there what a waste of money (& it wasn’t cheap) I definitely wouldn’t use this company again & will not be recommending it.

Product great, delivery a little slow but got here in the end.

Rebecca at customer services went above and beyond to help me, she sourced and provided a replacement part for a moses basket stand. I am so happy and grateful, my grandchild is due next month and will have a perfect moses basket and stand. Love Claire de Lune products and can highly recommend.

I’ve ordered a lovely moses basket, but unfortunately had a quality issue with the mattress. Robyn from the customer service has been fantastic in helping me resolve the issue and send a replacement. Whilst the 4 star are due to the quality issue, the customer service surely deserves 5 stars!

A huge thank you to Customer Services at Clair de Lune - they have assisted me in replacing a part for the moses basket stand - I could not have asked for more support and assistance with this matter. A part of the original item I had ordered was no longer available and the customer service worker gave me an alternative option and updated my order within minutes. She was very friendly and efficient with sorting the issue out.

Excellent customer service.
Realising I’d ordered the wrong size, I contacted customer service and a very speedy response allowed me to change my order with no issue at all. I even had a refund which came through immediately.

My order was lost by delivery company. Communication with clair-de-lune was brilliant, kept me up to date with progress. Replacement product will be on its way to me soon

Many thanks to Rebecca who was extremely helpful in sorting out our self inflicted problem.
We managed to lightly split one of the pieces of wood on the rocker due to over tightening.
Rebeca sent out a replacement quickly and with no charge.

I had an issue with a footmuff . I spoke to Robyn at Customer service who dealt with my problem in a polite and caring manner. Not only that but she arranged a really quick return and exchange. I am delighted with the look and quality of my new footmuff. Amazing customer service!!

Similar to another review I ordered a foot muff directly from them and it absolutely stank even after several washes that left my washing machine smelling terrible. They sent a replacement and it has the same smell. For a company that sells to parents they make the process a horrible ordeal. I have asked many times for a refund and it is not forthcoming. I would never buy from them again, more hassle than it’s worth and gross products I don’t want anywhere near my baby.

I purchased a £550 oak cotbed from Claire de lune and received confirmation of the order and then nothing. It was supposed to be delivered within a week. No contact. I call them and they apologise and say they don’t have any mattresses. Why are they selling things they don’t have supply for? Why was there no contact? They apologise and offer me some sheets (what a joke). Promise the order will be delivered within a week. A week goes by, no correspondence. I phone again. They don’t have any mattresses, again. Ask for compensation, they respond with ‘we don’t offer compensation’, ask when I can expect my cot bed, they respond with ‘we don’t know’. What. A. Jokes. You’re selling essential baby products. Do better. Stay ‘clair’ is all I can say.
