Excellent. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Placed an order with next day delivery at a premium, only half our order was sent the half which was sent the courier left this outside on the Main Street, luckily another shop kindly let us know it had been dumped outside for at least 30 minutes.

I contacted Cladding Monkey straight away and was told someone would call me back, they didn’t, I then chased 3 days later and spoke to a man who advised replacements for the missing items were being dispatched for next day. The next working day passed, with no sign of goods or tracking.

Avoid avoid avoid, the whole process has taken 6 unnecessary hours out of my working day, cost 2 days building labour and tower hire for an extra week, plus the cost of buying all the trims and adhesive cladding monkey never included in my original order.

What looked like a great deal has turned into a costly experience for us - don’t make the same mistake.

We ordered white waterproof cladding, best price from here, arrived as stated from Cladding Monkey …
But …..
Unfortunately their carrier who delivers , I’d give 0 out of 5
Boxes wrecked and broken, didn’t even knock on door, just threw on floor , had to have 2 deliveries as they forgot one box, it just goes on….
DO NOT IN ANY WAY BLAME CLADDING MONKEY FOR DELIVERY FIASCO!!! ( That is delivery company’s fault !)
When I called to explain , was met with a fabulous lady on the phone, who could not stop apologising, who arranged replacements straight away. And totally kept her word of email communication and updates.
Was delivered next day with no problem

I ordered cladding for our commercial kitchen. It was delivered and left by the side of the road next to rubbish bins. No-one asked for a signature or spoke to us when we were inside all the time. I have yet to see how much is missing as it was open to anyone to help themselves!
I would not recommend them while they are using this delivery company.

I ordered some coloured & white cladding for a client of mine who is reopening their pub.

The products are fantastic quality and look great, the colours give that extra unique look on the finished product.

I ordered my items on line putting everything in the basket and it showed the total and it was not until I went to pay through PayPal that the final total added £40 delivery charge.
I telephoned and queried the price and was told it’s because they use a premium delivery service using Tufnells, ok so I understood that until it was delivered!!! The package had footprints on, holes in the cardboard and massive holes in the bags, the lid of the box of adhesive was only attached on one side and that was a premium delivery service!!! Yes, their products are good but maybe they need to reconsider the delivery company or definitely the cost of delivery it was definitely not worth £40 !!! They said sorry and offered to replace anything that was damaged but nothing about the refund of the delivery charge !

I am so glad I found Cladding Centre Ltd through the website.

Cladding Centre has excellent products ~
I have installed the hygienic cladding boards in pebble colour boards in our setting and it looks amazing especially due to the current situation with covid these boards make it easy to wipe for cleanliness

The service is absolutely superb initially I didn't understand some of the fixtures but Kellie was very patient and explained it to me

Kellie made sure my deliveries were met for delivery on Friday in order for work to commence on a Saturday as we are a small setting, we do not have storage space having the boards in the hall way would have made it hazardous
I have placed about 4 orders and deliveries and all products and delivery schedule were excellent

I am recommending The Cladding Centre products
and telling them about the excellent products and professional customer service experience

Small hiccup with order but not a problem for Cladding Monkey who promptly sent replacements next day .Very pleased with their service.

We used Cladding Monkey to buy the coloured cladding for our Snack Hatch, and it looks awesome. It was really easy to install too

Ordered some sheets for my man cave, the staff were helpful and friendly. Delivery was on time even though I was expecting a delay due to the pandemic, but no issues here! Will definitely use them again.

Amazing service from start to finish I explained what I was thinking of doing I was quickly given samples of the sparkle cladding and more in some really great colour options I chose the white sparkle and chrome edging price was great received my order the next day staff are really friendly and go out of their way to help with anything they can highly recommend these guys and I’ll definitely be back soon

I ordered on Wednesday and had delivery on Thursday at 9am. My PVC board was well packed. The price was good. It is already installed. Really pleased with the service.

Bought some thunder cladding for a renovation we’re doing. They were the cheapest online so I was abit sceptical but cladding and adhesives were delivered on time. Will be ordering again

Worst service ever. I have ordered some glue for the panels. Paid 30 pound for a delivery. Delivery should have arrived within 2 days but arrived after 10 days with 2 tube missing. Called the office before the closing time but no-one answered.
Never again. Be careful of all the offers on their website.

Feet company

The worst service I have ever had to personally witness from the staff and the managing director himself.
Placed an order and expected an early (paid for delivery slot) on receipt of my invoice I was informed that the transportation has no means of unloading the pallet (no tail lift and no pallet truck) therefore, You will have to hand ball the sheets off the back of the lorry. On receiving this information I emailed the company to move the delivery address direct to site where help was at hand.
Delivery was booked the Tuesday after Easter.
Tuesday came and went with no delivery.
Emailed the company to ask why, had an email back to say the delivery driver ran out of hours?
Rang the company Wednesday morning after receiving another email promising the delivery would be today (Wednesday) before 12.
3pm and still no delivery, so rang and spoke to the Managing Director himself.
Explaining I was absolutely desperate for the delivery-he said that he would personally look into it and ring me back in 5 minutes. Guess what-he didn’t.
15 minutes later a lady from heaven knows where rings me to say that they have been trying to get hold of the driver but he isn’t answering his phone??
I was assured that someone would ring me back-didn’t get one. Tried numerous calls attempting to speak to someone at their office but the telephone just rang out then got cut off.
Still no delivery-still no phone call-still no apology-still the absolute worst customer service ever.
