Horrible experience.
I have booked a Cupra Formentor VZ2 and even after making the full payment don’t have any clue about the delivery.
The salesman called me multiple times and said the car can be delivery in 2 days, forced me to get the hire purchase and then went on leave and still without admitting the failure as a salesman and a company is delaying the delivery after the full payment. Most of the time won’t pick the calls. I had made them aware about my wife’s delivery date and rather than correcting their mistakes, they are making the situation worse. They will hide faults or issues with the car they find during inspection. Now here’s something genuinely dodgy. The financial calculation is simple . Fixing the fault costs money and reduces profit. Hiding it and selling it quickly means full profit. It’s been over 5 weeks the salesperson and the showroom manager don’t pick the calls or revert back to the emails. I wouldn’t want anyone to go through such a hassle and waste of time. Please don’t purchase anything from them.

Citygate Watford is just excellent, Neli was exceptional, she explained in details about my cupra formentor servicing process and advised on the next steps on getting a service plan, was really happy with her service, been coming here for 4 years now never had an issue. highly recommend.

My car went in for an MOT and service. 5star experience from the start. Great communication throughout, very happy with the service I received. Special thank you to Matt and Hugh who made the whole process so easy especially when I was also dealing with my newborn baby and trying to juggle everything.

Terrible experience with this garage. My son received a recall letter from VW about an air bag. Took the car in as booked yesterday, waited for 2 hours then someone came out & said they haven’t had time to look at it. When he drove the car in there was no problem with the power steering driving absolutely fine, no warning light, just passed its MOT 2 weeks ago & had a full service. When he picked the car up today it was completely broken he could barely drive it home, the power steering wasn’t working, vw said they logged a problem with the power steering but there was nothing wrong with it until it was left at this garage. Stay away from this garage there is something not quite right here !!!
