Baz at citygate brentford provided excellent sales service. Initially all went smoothly right down to handover day. Unfortunately had to take car back as had holograms on paintwork. Spoken to baz suggested coming in at the week day. On return visit, was told the car would have to go into bodyshop. After been kept waiting, I thought I would go to the workshop to check on the car. To my surprise baz was trying to polish the marks of with a cloth with a young lady. Instead of getting this done professionally by the workshop. I don't appreciate being constantly lied to by anyone. Finally gave up with baz and took the car up to the workshop. Spoke to Manny, who Finally sorted out the problem and made the car look absolutely amazing. MY 5 Star goes to Manny in the bodyshop who was a credit to the company. I can not praise him enough. A absolute superstar.

Service from Clare was very helpful and friendly. She agreed to take my car the evening before as I had hospital appointment for my mum. Kept me updated.

We first came to Kia during the VIP days and found a friendly, efficient and competent dealership. We were advised very well by David Nichols who helped us make a decision without putting any pressure on us.

My experience with Citygate and Umer at High Wycombe VW has been very positive. I wasn't sure I wanted a new car but Umer was very helpful and so I now have a new Polo. Umer was a decent bloke to deal with.
