They go out of their way to help you with repair and explain things clearly to help you understand any problems. Always friendly approachable and professional. If they say they'll be with you on a certain day or time they'll be there. I have a powerchair that I totally depend on and I'm so grateful for City Mobility and all their staff for keeping me mobile.

Even though I live in Aberdeenshire, I contacted City Mobility in Inverness for advice and information about the scooters I was interested in. The staff were so nice and friendly on the phone and a home visit was arranged so I could try out both scooters. Carol came to my house, she was super nice, really helpful and explained the pros and cons of the scooters. There was no rush or pressure and I felt I was given excellent advice so I decided which scooter was best for me and placed an order that day. Two weeks later my lovely new eFoldi Lite scooter was personally delivered to my home. After a quick tutorial I felt confident in my purchase, so thank you Carol for your help and patience. I would definitely recommend City Mobility to anyone requiring mobility assistance as they obviously really care about their customers

From my first contact with them by email to my first visit to try out the foldable electric powerchairs they had available to then finally purchasing my wheelchair, the staff have been very friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable and listened to. The whole process was seamless and I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a wheelchair or scooter.

My wife was looking to buy a fold up chair for using when out in the car and around where we live. My wife contacted City Mobility and we made an appointment to go and see them.

We were also told of some people to contact for funding which was handy .

The staff were great and showed my wife the chairs that fitted her needs and we then went back yesterday to buy the chair my wife had picked .

I would recommend City Mobility to other people who are looking for the items they can supply.

Disappointed with our experience. Had to ring the showroom bell to get in but had to wait over 6 minutes for the bell to be answered. The young lady who answered the door appeared to be reluctant to let us in as she was 'crowding' the door but after being asked she did open the door to allow us to pass. She missed all the buying signals, was very flat in her delivery and we felt that we had interrupted her day by trying to engage her in the sales process. She could have closed a sale if she had been more animated and engaging, more negotiating and less long face and huffing.

Excellent customer service from Carol. She gave me helpful and sound advice on my recent purchase. Would highly recommend. Prompt delivery by Stuart, who spent time going over everything with me.

What an amazing company to deal with. Carol took a few scooters to our home for my wife Susan to try. Six days later & our choice of scooter was delivered.
All this the week before Christmas.

Got my mobility scooter Thursdays was over the moon with the blue it looks bright and nice and the little blue bottle of blue paint for the scooter. I got a gift a blue cover with it .the guys at the city mobility Aberdeen be so helpful had a test drive was very nervous at first, but then I was ok . got the scooter couple off weeks later .thanks guys for your help in getting paperwork done and quick delivery .would recommend if you're looking for any mobility equipment

Popped in to Inverness workshop today as the dual controls on my Learner car were not working properly. Spoke to John who asked Steven to have a look and he sorted it within 10 minutes for me. A superb and very friendly service from all staff. Thanks
